Het gebrek aan onderhoud. Het moet een mooi hotel zijn geweest, maar nu zitten de vlekken in het tapijt, beschadigingen op de deur en gaten in de handdoek. Let op: wanneer je het raam open doet hoor je de nabij gelegen snelweg erg goed. Voor ons niet erg want het raam hoefde niet open maar voor een warme zomernacht zou ik dit niet aanbevelen.

Didn't take breakfast too expensive. It's in an industrial estate three lmiles from Antwerp

it was really dirty in the corridors and staircase. Room wasn’t the cleanest either. it didn’t much the pictures on booking.com A lot of noisy people at night. couldn’t sleep until 5 am, which was needed after long journey.

There had been a mistake with our booking, but the on duty manager totally saved the day. Really helpful and made what could have been a disaster a comfortable stay

The hall carpets and the paint work needs some TLC, looks old and scruffy Bar and restaurant are all good. Pancake machine for breakfast did not work, and that’s not good when you have 3 young kids with you.

The counter staff were a little grumpy, and functional. Room and beds were fine.

The units on the rear side backed onto noisy motorway. With closed windows it was ok. Open it was too noisy.

Just 10 min walk to Berchem Station. Simple but clean and comfortable room. It's very calm and quiet during the night. I think all together it's a good value for money.

It was summer so a bit warm in the room.

The lift was out of order for 3 days. The stairway was very dirty and was never cleaned.

Lift was out of order, not a major problem as I only had a backpack, would have been more of a problem if I had suitcases.

Food and accomodation were fine, Hotel was situated just conveniently in the city outskirts

Should have been more specific when booking as the room was situated above the smoking area and on a hot night was none too pleasant.

Room decoration is nice but corridors are a bit old fashion

cold asked extra blanket, they told me they don’t have any parking not closed and spaces are not delimited on the floor a breakfast at 15,50€ … I repeat 15,50€!!!! what the hell… the orange juice was just powder and water, very chemical…

A great value hotel with lovely staff and the bonus of a decent restaurant attached. Would recommend for anyone staying traveling through Europe. It is also just outside the Antwerp clean air zone, which is a bonus. For the price it is an excellent place to stay.

A bit noisy from the nearby road, but it didn't bother us too much. No covers over some of the breakfast meats put us off a bit.

Generally the prices are to high for a budget hotel.

The room was nice. The staff was helpful, nothing special, nothing bad.

Outside of the hotel was very dirty, the parking space was full of trash.

Modern hotel, nice staff, good reception area with restaurant. Room is airy and open, bed was comfy. The complimentary tea and biscuits is nice too!

TV could use updating and better pillows, mesh curtain also needs replacing as it was very stained yellow.

Very quick and friendly response by personnel to a problem we had adjusting the radiator. Helpful advice for traveling to the center city from this location, which is just outside the center.

Just a detail, but would have appreciated having a firmer pillow!

there is no option to stay with kid on the same bed for tree, had to pay for the bed she didn’t slept in 🤷‍♀️

location, nice room, there is everything we need at the hotel( just no sleepers). heating , good value for money,

1.Cleaning staff were in the corridor and we can hear how they clean other rooms. loudly :-( 2. Narrow corridor but big cleaning cart. 3. And carpet in the corridor looks not clean .
