This house is amazing! It was beautifully decorated and super clean! It was perfect for our visit over the holidays to see our new grandchild. We enjoyed the hot tub and location close to the beach. We would highly recommend this house to anyone visiting Panama City.

The House is Great inside and out. Light roomy and airy. Everything was labeled and well organized. Everything was new and clean and worked. There was plenty of room for 3 adults and a dog. Back yard was great for quick potty breaks for the dog. And neighborhood was great for longer walks with him.Driveway was large enough for boat and truck. Having the golf cart so we didnt have to disconnect the trailer and truck constantly was amazing! I love being on the less busy end of the beach. Still has great restaurants bars and the state park. And being a few houses from the boat ramp is perfect.The owners are 100% on top of everything. Quick with responses, very friendly and there for anything you might need or have questions about. We truly had a great stay here and will be back soon.

Very nice home

Love the house!!! Very spacious and everything is pretty much close to the address especially the beach. Everything is super organized only one thing the guest bathtub was clogged, after the first use we decided not to used anymore to prevent more clogging and the fridge has a little blood stains I believed from the last guest. After all we will came back to this place again.

This home is one of my favorites! It was fully equipped with everything we needed. We rented the golf cart so it made going to beach and boat ramp extra easy. Dollar General is just around the corner. Public Beach parking just across the street from Dollar General. Location is super convenient to restaurants and shopping. We brought our boat so boat ramp was so convenient. The guys caught mahi mahi, grouper, trigger fish, sting rays, and tomtates. We rode over to Shell Island to get out of rip tide at public beach. This area is a great vacation destination and the home is beautiful and clean! FIVE STARS!

House was amazing and just as described. Had everything we needed and more. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Hot tub was amazing after a cold boat ride. Thanks so much!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Megan's home. The house was just as it appears im the photos. The house was beautiful and clean and there were many thoughtful items left out for us to use if needed. The layout of the home was perfect with a variety of areas to spread out and not feel on top of each other. The covered porch was relaxing to sit on and the hot tub was a great feature as well. The house is conveniently located with quick access to the main strips in a quiet neighborhood. I would have enjoyed staying longer.

Very beautiful house we’re we had a wonderful spring break with are family. Everything is so clean and everything anyone would want for a vacation. Hot tub is very useful in the spring time. This is the first time that we would not want to leave the vacation. It was nice meeting the owner who is very kind. Would recommend to anyone ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had an awesome vacation week at this private rental home! The home is beautiful and very spacious and was definitely perfect for our couple's retreat. It was located close to the beach, marina, and St. Andrew's State Park. We didn't mind being in a residential neighborhood because we had planned on driving to those areas anyway. The hot tub was nice in the private fenced in patio area. It was also nice to be able to park in the garage for entry into the house. We so enjoyed the privacy of this rental home compared to condominium rentals. The extra bedrooms would be convenient for a family too. Enjoyed our vacation week soaking up the sun and warm weather!

The photos don't do it justice. It's MUCH bigger than we expected & there were several small touches that were added for Christmas, including adorable pillows & decor. The master bath had cotton balls (which I'd forgotten!), a couple toothbrushes with toothpaste, small bottles of Scope, q-tips, & disposable razors. The location of the property was great, we loved the hot tub, it had a Keurig with pods, it was great to be able to park in the garage, & the beach stuff (wagon, chairs, beach stuff) was awesome. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us.

Great location, very clean property. Property management was very easily reached! Just wished the air could have been turned down kinda got hot at night but they had a fan I drug out of the closet. Other than the air everything was great !

This was probably the best experience I’ve had with a property manager, and I’ve stayed at quite a few. The house is awesome, better than the pictures. The location is also great. We had an amazing stay, thank you!

We loved this house inside and out. The home is beautifully decorated, and the fenced-in yard was perfect for our dogs. We also loved the patio and hot tub in the backyard. Our constructive feedback is regarding the necessities provided (or not provided). As a family of six, we were surprised to only be provided with 4 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, 3 trash bags, no laundry detergent, and 3 dishwasher pods for our 6-day stay. We also were not provided any ziploc bags, foil, or plastic wrap. We also were given a card documenting the number of towels and washcloths we had been allotted. Odd - never have seen this before. We have rented several properties previously, and they all included a nice supply of basic necessities and none documented their linens. Overall, this is a nice property. We would recommend the owners being a bit more realistic in anticipating their renters’ needs regarding basic living items. When we travel to Florida from Michigan, we do not expect to have to buy or bring these supplies l.

We were so pleased with Lazy Lagoon. It is located close to the beach and very convenient to the grocery stores and restaurants. We love this special place. It was so much bigger than the pictures. Very comfortable beds and kitchen had everything we needed to stay in and cook a big meal. The large garage offered plenty of extras! The beach wagon was a blessing. We will definitely visit again!

From the second we opened the front door , it smelled like a brand new home :) it more than met my expectations. I’m super super picky about the places I stay and this home was PERFECT in every way . The beds were dreamy and the bathroom had more than enough space . We loved hanging in the back yard and soaking in the Hot Tub. The Golf Cart saved the day, so nice to pack it up and drive a few blocks to the Ocean for the day. Me and my husband would recommend this home again and again. They even let my little puppy come and he felt right at home. Thanks again for a wonderful vacation :)

We had the greatest stay at your vacation home. My wife and I couldn’t have been happier in the master bedroom with the very spacious bathroom and most comfortable bed. The second bedroom was a dream for our high school aged daughter and the bunk room was the perfect space for our 12 year old son and 9 year old daughter. The kitchen, dining area, and family room are much larger than the pictures online represent so we had more space than we could have imagined. There was nothing we lacked when it came to kitchen/household items, small and large appliances, and beach amenities (chairs, umbrellas, wagon, boogie boards, etc.). The outdoor space was perfect for grilling, sitting on the patio, and relaxing in the hot tub. Everything was first-rate, clean, new, and in perfect working condition. We look forward (and hope) that this home will be available the next time we come to this area because there is no place we would rather stay.

This was a great place to stay at in Panama Beach. Very close to everything. The house is new and everything is very clean and in good working condition. It is very nicely decorated. My family and I enjoyed our stay there and would definitely go back!
