Breakfast was excellent.
Location was good for me;near to my Mother and close to local shops and town.
The temperature of the shower water was difficult to balance.

Great location and great value. Staff were super friendly! Lovely bar/restaurant attached to the hotel.

I paid for a room with a single bed and the room I got had a double so that was a lovely surprise and the bed was nice and comfy. The room was pleasant, clean and nicely decorated with everything needed for a one night stay. Staff were very pleasant, friendly and helpful on my arrival and departure. It was a lovely quiet and peaceful location to stay in and just a 5min walk from the Scarborough Spa where I was going to see some live music
The room was rather on the hot side when I arrived back to it late evening after the gig, I couldn't figure out how to turn the heat down, it looked like the dial on the radiator was already set to off but it was red hot. As it was so late I didn't want to bother staff so I just opened my window which did the trick to cool the room down. This isn't a complaint though as I know the staff would have come up and helped to sort it had I phoned and asked for their help with the issue but I really did not want to be bothering them at almost midnight! Aside from the temperature of the room I cannot fault anything about the stay at all. It was just generally an all around pleasant stay.

I received a very friendly welcome and felt well looked after throughout the stay. Room was good. Overall exceptional value thank you!
On street parking is always a bit of a worry however the process to obtain a pass was easy

Good location to town and beach. Really nice inexpensive bar meals and breakfasts.
Could really do with a cigarette bin outside on the front of the property. Cigarette ends everywhere.

The breakfast was excellent, the room was excellent had a good night sleep, no noise whatsoever. The staff where lovely. Going to book again

Very retro hotel which we loved. Extremely comfortable bed. Had everything you needed for a comfy stay. Very clean. Staff were lovely and helpful.

Allowed us to leave our bags as we were early for check in and were out for the day. I had nothing worth stealing but lounge in which they were left was not secure at all

Was not happy has the bed stayed in in the room was broken the sheets one them was diety and was only going put back on the bed said no dont do that so got other one but want worth money five nights some staff was lovely outside town great love scarbough be nice had some stuff running takiing boats out want same. Our use be but like scarbough

Room was big and comfortable for a single. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Parking just outside the hotel and the location was perfect!

My daughter and her partner enjoyed their stay
Put in a different room than I paid for - according to owners, was because of a better bathroom in this room - I didn’t stay here, my daughter did, so can’t comment on whether this was correct or not.

The staff are lovely, it isn't the ritz but it is very clean, the breakfasts are lovely, so much choice, and to be honest for an hotel I couldn't believe how cheap it was, I'm not a fast walker but it only took us 10 mins to walk into town, turn right out the door, then down the snicket at side of hotel, right again then straight down across iron bridge and your there, we would defo stay again and hopefully soon, we both really enjoyed our stay...
