From the time we arrived we were impressed and realized the pictures online were accurate on how the house looked and how well the property was kept up. There is literally every amenity you could possibly need at your disposal. The property owner was attentive and made sure to be available if needed. Would rate 6 stars if I could! I am already looking at my calendar to see when I can return.

The property was supposed to have heated pool during our stay, but the pool heater was broken - so we were promised a refund for the pool heating fee which we did NOT receive. They did get the pool repair man out to the house and FIXED IT but it was NOT working as it was supposed to. The hot tub had small sharp metal pieces (more than 200 of them) the were poking us and my kids in the hand / feet when we moved around. During the warm days, you can smell the stink of the arrowhead lakes, a very fishy smell. the property was NOT secure - the pool repair man can enter from the back without us letting him in - which was disturbing for the first couple of time - someone walking in the back yard..... NOT COOL. The location was great, but the house was a bit run down and we had issues with the water pressure - there is NONE and not enough hot water for 4 of us to take showers. The garage was NOT big enough for a chevy tahoe, but we managed. SAVE your money and go somewhere else. I will never go there again. My wife left a nicer review than this in the notebook on the property without my knowledge - but she is NOT as critical as me when it comes to rating people and service. I WILL NEVER go back to that property again..... also, i learned from the property manager that they CUT ties with this particular property manager due to the issues we have encountered - if that does NOT tell you anything - not sure what does. Again, save your money and go somewhere else - NOT THIS HOUSE.

This house exceeded our expectations! The location is great, the cleanliness was top notch, and the house is absolutely beautiful. We loved the heated pool and the relaxing spa, and had a fantastic time touring around the lake on the pontoon boat while fishing. Amazing memories were made! We hope to visit again in the future. What a perfect stay! Everything was clean & beautiful! Spent most of our time in the pool & hot tub! Can’t wait to return.

Not one, but two, fire alarms started chirping at midnight our first night so none of us got any sleep. Called property manager in the morning, and instead of profusely apologizing, asked why I didn't call sooner (at midnight?)! Next day one of the alarms started chirping at 8 pm, so we called again and maintenance came and fixed it so we weren't kept up second night. When we asked for compensation, we were told it was clearly "an unforeseen". When you go to a restaurant and receive unsatisfactory meal, they compensate. I expected that for the price point of this rental. In addition, expect to strip sheets, empty recycling and trash, run dishwasher, load towels, etc. because the check-out chore list is more involved than most. In spite of this, I must say the property itself is beautiful and well-maintained.

Few times are properties better than advertised, but this home was incredible! Very clean and well maintained, well stocked with dishes and linens, beautiful backyard (with concrete around the pool that doesn't get hot - middle of the day in 100+ heat and you can go barefoot), and it's beautifully decorated. The main living space is open concept with plenty of spots to eat, chat, work, and play games. AC was supercharged...at 73 we had to turn the temp higher (I have it at 68 at home). The beds were really comfortable - not too hard, not too soft. The management was extremely responsive. If I can find a reason to get back to Glendale - this is my landing spot! Thanks for a great experience.

Our week was absolutely amazing. The description definitely did not do the property justice. Everything was just wonderful. The boar was a huge bonus. Great for an early morning or sunset cruise. The location was definitely a bonus having dining and shopping nearby. We will defintely be back!!

Wonderful location, nice to be on the lake. Upkeep with back yard could use some attention, the bricks around the water feature kept falling into the pool, peeling paint around the pool kept getting on kids when in pool as well. I would also note to renters that this house has had smokers in and was really hard to deal with kids with allergies and breathing difficulties. If this would have been known up front I would have gone with a different property.

Our family needed a place to stay while we were in Arizona getting our daughter settled in at college. This had everything we were looking for. Great location! Close to the college, shopping, food, activities. The pool was a welcome respite from the heat. Katherine was amazing and so easy to work with and quick to respond. This will be our #1 choice every time we go visit our daughter.

The house was impeccable! Beautiful views, comfortable beds and just great service and communication from the owners. We hope to be back with our children! Absolutely wonderful stay!

This place was very good for us. The house was ready for us on arrival and they even had a snack tray waiting which was amazing. Couldn't have asked for a better place. The pool was great - house was very clean and everything worked as expected. Location and proximity to everything is perfect as well. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to visit the phoenix area. You will not be disappointed. Thanks for the great VRBO experience!

This home was absolutely perfect and equipped with everything we needed and more! With plenty of room to relax, swim, grill out or just watch movies! Each room is beautifully decorated and so comfy! We truly enjoyed the use of the boat for daytime & evening cruises! Plus, being able to pull our car in the garage was definitely a convenient perk. A huge thanks to the owners & property management team! We look forward to visit again soon!

Beautiful Home- in The Best Neighborhood!! Pool was the favorite among our family with 2 children. Great patio and we spent most time there:) Kitchen was all top of line appliances and everything you could need was provided! We enjoyed the grocery store right around the corner and great neighborhood!! We were able to walk out front door to Thunderbird Mtn and trail right in neighborhood that was very kid friendly! The neighbors - all gorgeous homes also, were very welcoming also!:) home is located close to highway- easy to access day trips to Grand Canyon and Sedona- We traveled to high resort area of Paradise Valley for wedding - and we are So Very glad we chose this rental home instead of the busy area of Paradise Valley! The Best Rental property for your Arizona Vacation!!

Too bad there isn’t a 10star cuz this property would qualify! Everything you need was available in this house…..and then some. Very clean, cookware was top notch, grill was clean along with the pool which we used daily. Thank you for also having adequate paper towels, toilet paper and pool towels. We will definitely be back!

We were a group of women friends who came to visit one of our friends who lives in Sun City. This house was perfect! And we were on the water in PHX!! No bugs and lots of sunshine. Doesn't get much better than that.

We would absolutely stay here again. Christine was very accommodating, the house was clean and comfortable, and the boat was a bonus. I’m naturally drawn to water so to stay in the dessert and be able to look out at water was really a treat. Thank you for a great stay!

Excellent location

Beautiful home and scenic location. Being away from home we appreciated the Christmas decorations. Also, goody basket was very thoughtful I would suggest throwing out all the grimy pans! The kitchen accessories are lacking

Stayed here with my family (no kids) while visiting our grandparents who live in nearby Sun City. Was a great location, only ~10mins to Sun City, next to a nature preserve with hiking trails, and right off the highway and near a grocery store. We did not go out too much (cuz COVID) so were happy to have a hot tub, pool, and pontoon to utilize! We were glad we paid the extra fee to heat the pool as it was surprisingly chilly during our December stay.

Having utilized VRBO homes for the last 7+ years, this home is a 10+ in our ratings. We can not say enough positive comments about this property. Upscale neighborhood with great sidewalks and nearby trails. Home is full of natural light with great views of the pool, lake and sunsets. Home was spotless - high end appliances - great hot tub and pool - beautiful rear yard overlooking the lake - large oversize garage for parking - less than 1/2 mile from 101 Loop providing easy access to airport and restaurants. Communication with Kristine (property manager) was excellent and prompt. Owner's suite bedroom, bath and closets are very large. Lots of built ins throughout home for additional storage. Separate wine storage and bar as part of the living area. Electric shades on all rear facing windows as well as the rear porch. Ample number of pool chairs, recliners and tables. Clean outdoor grill and an awesome electric pontoon boat to use as part of the rental!! Great for evening / sunset lake tour of homes - nice touch!! Overall we were extremely pleased with the home and will return in 2022. You can not go wrong with this rental.
