Just as advertised. The beds were SO COMFY!!!!!! And king sized 😍. Cute back yard hang out spot. High quality toilet paper. All the small things you normally forget about, Dan (this host) made sure to have stocked! And he was so easy to get ahold of. Responded almost immediately any time I had a question. Was patient with me no matter how silly my questions were 😅. Amazing experience. Will stay here again if ever in Austin! Book now! You won’t regret it.

Was a short drive to downtown wedding we attended. Comfortable and clean, everyone enjoyed it here. Communication with owner was great as well. Would recommend and book again.

This house was perfect for our family to spread out in and have privacy with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs and a large living area, bathroom, and kitchen on the first level. It was close to the things we wanted to see and do in Austin. Property owner very friendly and accessible, checking in with us to make sure we had all we needed. I highly recommend this rental.

A perfect property in a perfect location with easy access to many neighborhoods and music venues. Austin had a lot of traffic, but this location made it seem less oppressive. great host and just a great space!

Family getaway in Austin. Townhome very comfortable and roomy enough for family of six. Very clean and seemed newly renovated. Ample amenities. We went out to eat for every meal and did no cooking. Would definitely stay again.

The home was quaint quiet. Dan Green was the caretaker and was very helpful. Dan stayed in touch with us and was easy to contact. House was clean and very comfortable. All bedrooms were spacious. I would recommend this property.

Awesome house to stay in. Nice quiet location and 10 min drive to downtown Austin. House is really nice, super clean, well maintained and great for todays tech world with USB ports everywhere! We were very pleased with how receptive the owner was with our questions prior to our arrival and while we stayed at the property. Comfortable, clean, and extremely conveniently located. The place is in a nice neighborhood, that is a quick drive to all the major highways. Very modern, updated, open, and airy townhouse. Relaxing back patio with a nice sitting area and well equipped kitchen that had all of the essentials. The bathrooms and bedrooms were fully stocked with plenty of quality linens. We really enjoyed our stay here! The host was very responsive to any questions I had. 10/10 would definitely stay here again if I am ever in Austin again!
