Extremely comfortable stay. All furnishings, decor, etc, immaculate. My boys could not stop talking about the game room, electronics, tvs; this is their second stay! Very interesting memorabilia throughout the home. Feeding the chickens (with provided treats) was a joy and great memory! Wanted for nothing! Please note, if you can’t sleep through a morning rooster crow, sleep in the front master bedroom. I had no issues here! Couldn’t hear him at all! I do sleep with a sound machine I travel with as well! Our boys did sleep in the back bedroom, but didn’t hear either. They could also sleep through anything really! That said we LOVED the next door chickens and rooster! Very nice pace watching them outside over coffee. Also, thermostat cannot go below 71 in the summer. Noting if you run HOT. We do typically, sleep at 68 at home, but honestly, we did ok, no issues! Just removed the heavier provided blankets! Fans throughout. No issues. All supplies for coffee provided! And extra things, snacks, as well! Just perfect. Very cute setup. Loved it, our second time in two months staying here. Would come again! Memorable, lovely, CLEAN, and lots for the kids. They had a great time.

The location is great, it’s close to downtown. It’s also close to Bristol, Butler and so many places to enjoy while down there. The game room is amazing, it’s very welcoming from the time you walk in and then they have it stocked well for items you may have forgotten. The chickens next door are fun to feed with chicken feed. We will definitely be back to stay when we are in town. Thank you for being amazing hosts. A+++

We loved this VRBO in Johnson City! The house was lovely and equipped with all and more that you would need. The game room was enjoyed by us and our granddaughter. The owners were extremely responsive to any questions or concerns we had. This is definitely the place to stay if you visit this area.

The host was very nice and quick to respond. Enjoyed the house and all the amenities. There were plenty of towels and blankets. Spacious but still felt cozy. House was close to town. Neighbors were quiet and kept to themselves. If you’re a picky person the only two things that might cause you issues is the rooster next door starts crowing at 4:30am and thermostat won’t go below 71. I would recommend to friends & family.

The host was super- quick to respond to all questions. The house has some fun amenities! Thanks for the coffee, too! We used the pool table. It was very convenient to our family event. Clean, no hassle, nice, quiet neighborhood.

The property would be a good one all on its own, but the host interaction (including the OMG bread), the game room, and the chickens make it one of the best properties I've stayed at. I plan to look for this property every time we visit JC.

Lovely home and lovely hosts. We would definitely stay again. Very much enjoyed getting to give the chickens treats!
