The room was super small, the place was dirty, the people who worked in the lugsr had a very bad presentation, they looked like they hadn't bathed, the pool was disgusting with uncleaned green water in my room, there was blood, it was a horrible experience, so much so that I had to look for another place to stay

The location. It was very close to the boardwalk and the beach

Facilities, Cleanliness

Nothing. Horrible hotel experience all around. The hotel room we reserved wasn't even available because they overbooked, then put us up in another hotel that was somehow WORSE!

Everything. They had our reservation but NO ROOM! The room they gave us at a different hotel was so dirty and just about everything was broken or didn't work. The carpet was filthy, like no one even bothered to vacuum. The toilet did not flush unless we manually filled the tank with water from the tub. The sink drain might as well as not have even been connected because it just poured all over the floor. The tv was not hooked up to any cable or satellite. The lock on the door was so flimsy, I felt the need to prop a chair up under the doorknob at night so I felt safe with my two young kids. There was a giant screw sticking out of the middle of the floor that I stepped on. Glad it was me and not my kids. So horrible. Oh and the pool was green. So not only did we not get the amenities we PAID for, we didn't even get the basics, a functioning toilet or sink or safe place to stay.
