This property is so conveniently located, an easy walk into Burleigh centre shops, restaurants and bars, as well as the beach! Parking was easy in the driveway as well as on street nearby. The owners are really lovely and a breeze to communicate with! We were the first group to stay as winter weather started to creep in, so they even dropped off extra blankets and doonas for the house to ensure we were warm enough. Would recommend for big groups as plenty of space for all with dual living room and kitchen setups. Thanks so much for having us!

Basic kitchen and bathroom supplies but this makes sense with how affordable it is!

The host was lovely and responsive to communication. Great location - walking distance to markets, beach and lots of great cafes and restaurants. Spacious house which accommodated many adults and kids. The kids especially loved the backyard, play tent and toys.

No air conditioning (which I unfortunately didn't think to check before booking) and the portable fans provided were not very powerful/ did not cover a very large area so it made the hot days and nights very sticky. Pretty basic amenities - pots, pans, glasses and cutlery provided but you need to take everything else, including basics like oil, salt, tea, coffee etc. Basic bedding. House itself needs a bit of attention - i.e. shower doesn't drain fully, bathtub has some staining, doors take a bit of force to close. Although it was pretty decent for what we paid, I would probably pay a bit more for more comfort next time.

The house is perfect for two families travelling together. Location was great, with a bus stop right outside. The beds were very comfortable.

We booked for a large group to stay for 4 nights, but didn't receive enough amenities for the entire stay. Only one single laundry packet was provided along with two small items of hair wash for each floor. Lots of spider webs in the backyard covering the clothes lines, we had to clean one to use as there was neither a clothes dryer or airer to hang washing inside.
