Easy to find location, helpful notes throughout house. Hosts are so thoughtful- they went above and beyond to make sure we not only had a pack and play to use during the visit, but they also had a few children’s books, a toddler seat to make sitting at the dining table easier for our 2 year old- they thought of everything! We felt like we were visiting Grandma’s house- just much more stylish and updated! It truly made us happy. We hope to stay here again next time we are in the area!

I’ll start with the positives: I appreciated how communicative the hosts were. It was great to hear they recently purchased a pack and play and high chair - two fewer things to unpack from the car. The bathroom was the best room of the house. Issues: met with a speed boat and motorcycle parked in front of the house; trailer parked in the driveway; dirty, heavily spider-webbed front porch. The garage was missing its side door and appeared to be full of junk. There was no second exit. Inside the property I was most upset by the fact that a dishwasher is listed but the host requests guests wash and dry dishes by hand and put them away, and no sponge or dishrag were provided. As I said in my title, just okay. Also, very close to the zoo. Your nose will tell you as much.

We were in town for just one night, and this house was the perfect place to stay. Located in a quaint neighborhood and an easy drive to Falls Park and the downtown area. When we arrived we were greeted with a personalized welcome note with helpful info. The home is full of fun decor and all the comforts of home, with a super comfy bed and nicely updated bathroom. Would definitely stay again if back in the area.

Beautifully and artfully decorated, the Happy Place was indeed happy!!! The beds were amazing. Communication was prompt and welcoming! It was clean and comfortable. Definitely would recommend!!

Overall a very nice place. It's been nicely re-done and the decor is definitely eclectic as described, but done very nicely. We only stayed for one night as we were passing through but it suited our needs nicely. A little more attention to detail in cleaning the floors (dust in the corners and feet were dirty after a couple hours) would be nice. The main couch was very cute but the upholstery could have used a better cleaning. When my husband sat on it, he mentioned it smelled like it had been doused in air freshener and it was overpowering. The bathroom was also out of soap - having some extra handsoap on hand would be handy :)

Our stay was wonderful. I would highly recommend this charming little house. All the comforts of home and more!

Great house to stay in, except a bit more detail to cleaning is needed. The rug at the table needs a good cleaning & the kitchen counter to the left of the sink has some residue on it. Aside from these two issues, it was great! Hopefully she reads her reviews and tends to these issues.

This property was so cute. Great location it was close to everything! The bed was very comfortable and and shower was exactly what we needed. I loved the fun "did you knows" around the house. The host was quick to respond and very kind. We would stay again.

This was a great property and met all my needs. They provided all of the stuff I forgot to pack. The location was close to all of the major locations/attractions.

The hardwood floors were unique. And the 1950 frig. It was perfect for the 2 of us.

Property is close to anything you would want to do. Cute little home with anything you would need to make your stay a enjoyable one. 20 out of 10 will definitely book here again.
