Friendly host, amazing clean space, very warm and comfortable

Very nice place to stay in south London with my family, cosy, comfortable and clean. Highly recommended! Owners very polity and friendly.

Stayed here for 1 night after a wedding so perfect location for us. Immaculately clean. The owners left milk and bottled water which was a nice touch.
Can't complain about anything.

Thought it was a lovely place and a lovely location. We will defiantly recommend or stay again when visiting friends.
The sky lights in the bathrooms let in a lot of light so meant it was light everywhere from early in the morning.

12 out of 10 points, absolutely perfect. Fully functional kitchen, two bedrooms with a small bathroom each, everything was perfectly clean and orderly. The hosts were also very kind and accomodating, offering to help everywhere - they more than deserved the tip we left :)

Our stay was perfect, with very kind and friendly hospitable hosts, comfortable beds clean showers toilets, we were surprisingly happy that they left in the frig milk for the coffee and even some tea, biscuits and still water. They made us feel at home especially since they put goal post to play some football.
Highly recommend them to everyone you will not going to be disappointed!:)
The only thing we didn't like was being far away from the significant Underground stations for example Lewisham, Woolwich or North Greenwich.

The host and hostess were very kind and friendly. 2 bathrooms facilities were both very clean and the shower was powerful. Sparkling water, still water and milk was provided in the fridge for free. There were lots of buses to Lewisham, Blackheath and Greenwich.
The house was a little bit far from rail station (15-20 mins walk to Kidbrooke or Eltham station) and I thought buses much more preferred.

The location was perfect for our trip to the London stadium and Greenwich. It's a home away from home feeling about it . Spotlessly clean and everything you need for a few nights away in London.

I liked a lot the house which is very confortable. The hosts were very kind

Greeted with a big smile and made to feel very welcome indeed. Great accommodation in the ideal location for visiting our family in the area. Very clean and cosy. Great that it has 2 shower rooms. Lovely that the owners left us basics like tea and coffee, including milk and pastries. Will definitely book again.

Our stay here was great. The hostess was very friendly. Very clean rooms, hospitable hosts, easy access to the central part of the city, shops and stops within walking distance. We will definitely come back here on our next trip. I highly recommend.

The front garden and entrance to the accommodation could be tidied up to give a better first impression

The owners were exceptionally friendly and helpful.
Sofa-bed was not comfortable and we didn't know how to cool down the rooms. We ended up sleeping in 26 degree hot room.
