Excellent townhouse, and view, beach right off the stairs, enjoyed the paddleboard, Nice kitchen and appreciated the included snacks and drinks, TV/sound system best ive ever had in a rental property! Excellent hosts.

ny personal preferance is a place a bit more secluded, but small town was nice, conveniences, restaurants, scooter rental all walking distance

Such a beautifully designed property with so much space. The pictures on booking.com are good but do not do justice to the space, it’s one of those exciting accommodations that look good in the photos but surpass expectations in real life! We travelled with our 17 month old daughter who loved the upstairs bedroom all to herself and the owners provided a very comfortable / good quality cot for her. The bath on the balcony was great for her, she loved it and the kitchen was very well equipped, including a blender! Such attention to detail, including a Bluetooth sound system in the ceiling and a smart tv that actually provides Netflix … very useful to calm a toddler for a few minutes with a children’s programme. The hosts could not have been more helpful with advice on car hire/ taxis and what is available in the local area. The accommodation is a short walk along the beach to a beautiful white sand, clear water beach. Everything you need is in the village from convenience stores to lovely restaurants both Thai and western. We wanted to find a quiet place to drop off the earth for a week and Adika did the job! We would definitely return!

Adika Beach Loft was the highlight of our one-month trip to Koh Phangan. Located directly in front of one of the most beautiful beaches on the island, its design and many well-thought-out features truly make this place stand out. We and our 2 young kids had a really exceptional time. Tomer and Adi created an amazing experience for us. It was a great pleasure getting to know you both. We are deeply grateful for your support and had the most perfect time at Adika. ❤️

New beach house located in one of the nicest areas of Koh Phangan. Great bright design, comfortable bed, spacious with lots of bonuses - like SUP paddle board, 65-inch TV, two bikes and full-size fridge with snacks. Very friendly and responsive owner, 100% recommended!

Wonderful loft with all amenities, very hospitable and polite landlords. This is my 5th time on the island and the most luxurious accommodation in Koh Phangan. My husband and I stayed at Adika Loft for 1 week and then extended for another week. The Loft has a room for children, a dressing room with a safe, beach bags and towels, a bathrobe and yoga mats, a comfortable shower room with a hairdryer and clean white towels; the kitchen is equipped with all necessary equipment (dishes, coffee maker, refrigerator, stove, toaster, mixer, cooler, etc.). The room has a TV, a table for work, plants grow along all the walls, and a very nice terrace with a very beautiful view of the sea. On the terrace there is a bathroom, a sun lounger and a SUP where you can take a ride on the sea. Cleaning 1 time in three days. There are also 2 bicycles that you can ride or drive to the nearest shop or 7 eleven. To the left of the Loft is a restaurant where you can order food to the Loft. Near the Loft there are many restaurants, a billiard room, sell fruits, etc. We really enjoyed our stay at Adika -The beachfront Loft! Thank you!!!
