Great house with a great location. Easy access to multiple freeways. All your dining needs are a short drive away. House was represented well in pictures and description. Heating the pool and spa was a breeze in April! Between the grab snacks and the bathroom toiletries felt like a resort stay. Would gladly rent this place again.

House even better than the description and pictures. Host Shawn was super with water and snacks for us as we were on a road trip to Sedona and checked in late. House was immaculate and well stocked with everything needed to cook and enjoy the pool. Fire pit and the grill both were used and added to our stay. Very comfortable beds and plenty of space for our crew to spread out. They take very good care of this place. Nicest rental I’ve ever stayed out and well worth the money. Location close to major highways so easy to get around. I could go on and on, but just book this place. It will exceed your expectations!

We spent 10 days in this beautiful home. Well stocked with condiments, water and snacks when we arrived, with an early check in. Walking trails with 1/2 block of back door. Swimming pool has lots of fun games included and the outdoor patio and fire pit were wonderful. Host was awesome, and responsive to all our questions. Will definitely return in the future to this wonderful property!

We came to Arizona to celebrate our Mother’s 91st birthday. Usually we stay south of Phoenix and this year wanted to explore a new (to us) area. Glendale it was and boy was this home perfect for us. From the first communication with Shawn we could tell that everything was going to be amazing. Pictures don’t do this property justice (although they are nice)……the property is outstanding!! Every room was comfortable and very well stocked. The backyard is very inviting although the weather prevented use of the pool we were still able to use the grill for home cooked meals. We appreciated how clean (immaculate really) the home was and the attention to detail that Shawn has ensured. We were well taken care of and hope to be able to stay here again next year. Thank You Shawn!!!

Wow!!! We absolutely LOVED this place!! Sean was so great and was very responsive to all of our questions before arrival, including allowing a slightly early check in. We were greeted with complementary bottled water and snacks which came in handy bc of a delayed flight and we were starved!! Prior to arrival, We were concerned we would not have the supplies to prepare and cook a holiday meal. Not only did we have everything we needed to grill a full prime rib dinner, ample refrigerator space to store all of our ingredients for our side dishes and many beverages, we had all the bar supplies to make our signature cocktails too! This place was the perfect entertaining space!! The pool and spa were heated to use all year round and the outdoor area included all the pool toys, yard games and seating areas to entertain all your descerning guests. Bottom line, we HIGHLY recommend this place!! We absolutely loved it and will be back!!

This was the BEST house we have every rented out. The layout, the beds/bedding, gorgeous kitchen that had every possible tool imaginable, fabulous backyard, high-quality products. Towels, shampoos/lotions, condiments, coffee bar, new appliances... nothing short of fantastic, impressive. Quick, book this property before someone else does.

This is a great place for a group. The interior was beautifully done - very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The property was well-stocked across the board - for cooking, spices, coffee pods, bathroom toiletries, laundry, etc. The property manager was great - very responsive, flexible, and welcoming. Would definitely stay again.

We came to town to see our daughter who goes to GCU and to watch the Dallas Cowboys play. What a great weekend we had (minus the Cowboys not showing up). This house was perfect for our family. So spacious and has everything you need (and then some!) The outdoor space is wonderful as well. We didn’t leave the house from Friday afternoon til Sunday am. Shawn was a great host and responded quickly with a couple questions I had. Definitely saving this house for future trips.

This home was amazing! So clean upon arrival. Very well stocked. Beautiful furnishings. Spacious and plenty of room for my family of 8. Beautiful outdoors and spectacular pool. Close and convenient to shopping and entertainment. We will definitely be saying here in the future when visiting Arizona. Easy communication with host.

As great as this rental looks online, it is even better in person! It exceeded our expectations in every way, and my family and I had a wonderful holiday weekend staying in this home. It is beautifully decorated, fully stocked with everything you could need, has clear instructions for all amenities, very comfortable beds, and room/space for everyone. We loved getting up in the morning, making coffee or espresso from the coffee bar and sitting by the pool or on the patio. This home is in a great part of the valley and in a nice neighborhood, with restaurants, shopping, and activities nearby and an easy drive to all that Phoenix has to offer. The hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with. We would definitely love the opportunity to stay here again in the future!

This house was so great. We were welcomed with snacks and water. Every thing was so clean and tidy. It had all the necessary things to make our stay convenient like pots, pans, silverware, plates, etc. This home was so spacious for everyone during our stay. We loved everything this house had to offer.

This beautiful home made for amazing memories and a very comfortable stay. The house is gorgeous - very spacious and able to accommodate our family of teen boys, my young nephews and my parents...with room to spare! Furnishings were high-end, kitchen was fully stocked and bedrooms/beds were very comfortable. It's a great place to relax and unwind. We had an issue with the power to the washing machine working and the owner had someone out to fix it within 30 minutes. Communication was immediate and the owners were so kind. We felt pampered from arrival to check out. We had a wonderful weekend of relaxation. Thank you for sharing your home! We'll be back!

This has been one of the best houses we have rented. So clean and cozy! Check in process was easy, beds were soooo comfy and there was even complementary snacks and waters! So spacious for big families or friends. Thank you for having us!

The property was awesome! Great house in a great neighborhood. The hosts did an amazing job with great communication and lots of little extras at the house. Our family enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Large island and great room were perfect for our group to hang out together. I had some work to do on the trip and there was a separate room for the office with a standing desk facing a window and super fast internet. It was a great setting. The best host experience we’ve had! Would definitely stay here again! Great job!!
