Great location that was like coming home. Only complaint and it is a mild one is how far you have to haul the trash.

Had a great bday trip with my son and his fiancé. Condo was so nice inside. Don’t be fooled by the outside which does not have a lot of curb appeal. I do wish the condo had more info on how to use the temperature controls and the fireplace. Other than that the house is fully stocked with anything you might need. I would definitely stay there again.

The property was great. Great location to downtown Durango. Loved Durango. Toured Mesa Verde National Park, did some snowmobiling at Molas Pass, checked out all the shops in Durango, finally ended a great week at the Durango Hot Springs Resort and Spa. Absolutely awesome way to finish a great week.

Condo was beautiful and clean. Loved the location! Close to town and trails. Only downside was the hot tub was not working. I contacted the property manager who said they would look into it and didn’t hear back. We needed the hot tub after a day at Purgatory!

We loved our stay! We came for a ski trip and it was exactly 30 minutes to Purgatory ski resort. On our "off day" we went to Pagosa Springs to enjoy the hot springs! The floorplan was perfect for our family of 5, with 3 kids. The master bed was so comfortable! The decor, updates, and kitchen setup/ appliances was so nice and had everything we needed plus some. We only ate out once in 5 nights, the kitchen and eating area were great! The only thing I would bring if I came again was some spices from home, ie cinnamon, etc. Parking was always accessible right out front, which helped in getting tired skiiers in for the evening or unloading groceries. The living room was a nice setup to relax and watch movies as well. I even used the small desk in the 2nd bedroom to get some morning work done before heading out. We stayed in this condo as a family of four on a ski trip. It was clean, well appointed and great for being close to downtown for things to do and 30-ish min to mountain. The check-in/out process was smooth and the condo was super nice. We’ve stayed at these units before but in a higher level. This one is on the lower level, which is great for lugging things in and few stairs, bad for noise above you. But the elephants above us went to bed at a reasonable time so we didn’t have to deal with it too much and we really weren’t there much. This unit had everything we needed, nice beds and bathrooms, good kitchen and dining, fireplace, games and even night lights for our little ones. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

The condo was as described, very well stocked and in a good location. The property manager was very prompt to respond when we needed additional firewood. It snowed while we were there and it was beautiful. Definitely would stay here again.

Close to everything in town, the fireplace was nice to have, very clean, well decorated! Kid friendly! Beds were slightly hard but not bad. Stocked with everything you need for your stay.

Nice location, comfortable

My husband and I loved our stay at the Ferringway rental. It was very convenient to visit my son who lives in Durango as well as everything else in the area. We also enjoyed exploring the beautiful scenery right nearby. Coming back in the evening to such a nice place was very relaxing and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this to others, and we would stay here again.

Our condo was very cute, extremely clean, and comfortable during our stay in Durango. It was easy to get to town and we did a nice hike from the condo, just walked down the road a bit. Would highly recommend this condo for any visits to Durango!

Property is amazing and has everything you need away from home! I love the first level condo and porch area. Management company was great! It is in the perfect area also if you want to bike or hike or just drive to college to overlook the city! Wow what a little gem!
