Hats off to the owner for the clean aesthetic design of this home interior. Open concept, very tasteful house with fenced yard which was great for our pups. So many thoughtful details in a very well stocked kitchen. Location is fantastic as you can walk to great restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend!

The home was in a perfect location! Walking distance to market, restaurants, wine tasting, coffee. Chumash casino is within walking distance too! Beautiful home, beautiful neighborhood, and friendly locals! Haven't been to Santa Ynez in over 10 yrs. Glad we went and hope to return soon!

This property could not have been in a better location! We have always wanted to see what Los Olivos has to offer and we were not disappointed. We were able to take our time and walk to breakfast, wineries and dinner. Quick and easy access to the casino as well. It was a lovely trip, and I would definitely stay here again!

Pam’s place in Santa Ynez is great! Convenient location, super clean, comfy beds and great yard space. Would highly recommend and look forward to staying here again!

We had a lovely weekend at this property- it is extremely well kept and in the perfect location for visiting SYV wine country, just right around the corner from the main drag of Santa Ynez. Highly recommended!

It was easy to rent and communication was good.

Cottage was super cute and spotless. Ideal for the three adults in our group. Walking distance to coffee shops, lunch spots, and other amenities and a very short drive to Los Olivos and some wineries. Would definitely stay here again.

This property was immaculate, beautifully appointed, and had everything we needed. It was a perfect relaxing place with a large backyard, complete with patio table and umbrella, just perfect for bird and lizard watching. Great jumping off place for Solvang, Buellton, and San Ynez. The weather was just gorgeous too! We'll be back!

Such a great location. House is very clean and was perfect for my friend and me on our golf trip. Might be a little tight for anything more than 4 people with the 1 bathroom. But I would definitely recommend this rental, as I also personally plan on staying here again.

Lovely place!

We came out here for our 5 year wedding anniversary. This cottage lives up to it's name - "Steps Away Cottage". You literally take a few steps and you are in town. You are walking distance to most everything and just a short drive to Buellton, Los Olivos and surrounding. The cottage is so clean and had a really open layout. It had everything we needed to cook and even do laundry if needed. We loved everything about it. Information about the rental and recommendations were laid out and were so clear. The host, Pam, was the best at communication and she was quick to respond with any questions I had. Our last night there, we were going to pull into the driveway and it seems the neighbors had parked there thinking we had already checked out. Wasn't a big deal at all as we just parked in front. I did text Pam to let her know and they moved their truck promptly. Wasn't necessary as we didn't move our car until the next morning to load up. It was a wonderful stay and have already recommended it to a few friends. Would love to stay there again in the future. Thanks again for a lovely stay. Happy Holidays! Sincerely, The Ryan Family

Great location to explore the area, very comfortable with ample outdoor space that is kept in excellent condition!

Couldn't ask for a better location and home. Extremely clean and bigger then the photos-for once! Walked to all or meals--SY Kitchen and Brothers at the Red Barn, which I highly recommend.

We stayed with another couple and brought our electric bikes with us. What a fantastic weekend we had! The house is spotless, cozy, modern and so comfortable!! The house had everything we needed… even the bathroom products that were provided were top notch! It is located next door (literally) to the SY Kitchen which is an amazing restaurant. You can walk to everything in town because the house is so centrally located. We ride bikes to several wineries both in Santa Ynez snd adjoining towns. The owners provide a great information packet that they give you before your stay which includes details on all local restaurants and sites which allows you to make reservations and plan out your stay way in advance. I would highly recommend this great get-a-way house to everyone!!!

We absolutely loved this property. It would be great for a girls getaway. There is only 1 bathroom so that may be hard for 2 couples but we had no problems at all. Loved that I could get chocolate gelato next door at SY Kitchen!! We will be back!!

Wonderful location close to restaurants and easy to drive to Los olivos!

The manager Pam is amazing. The location perfect and we were at the center of all the wine tasting. Best restaurant in town YP Kitchen next door, to boot !!! Staying again soon.
