We had a comfortable stay at this location but we incurred an issue with showers/drainage issues that the host did try to resolve. Beautiful home very spacious.

Ted was very communicative and responsive. The rooms were prepped and the property was very clean. Plenty of TVs for everyone to watch what they wanted. The game room was also a very nice touch. The location is conveniently placed near shops and restaurants as well as the Greensboro Coliseum. We would definitely stay at this property again the next time we are in the area. Bravo Ted!

Our family was attending an event downtown and we needed a convenient place to spend just a couple of nights so we didn’t have to deal with too much traffic or crowds of people. This property was absolutely perfect! The owner was very hospitable and provided excellent communication so that our minds were at ease in a town we were not very familiar with. The accommodations were very clean and provided plenty of space so that all of us were at ease. The description and the photos were spot-on! The neighborhood was nice and quiet — it was absolutely perfect! We would absolutely recommend this anyone interested in a convenient, headache-free getaway!

Great stay

The home was perfect for our foursome golf trip. Each of us had our own bedroom with an adult sized bed and working television! The common areas were perfectly suited for us to watch tv, grill out and enjoy meals. Ample parking and a quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay again. Excellent communication from Host as well. An all around wonderful stay!

We made this trip to meet my nephew and his family for the first time. It was a wonderful trip and the house was perfect! Thank you for opening your home to us!

Myself and 3 colleagues stayed to attend the High Point Furniture Market. House was great. The house was clean and well equipped for our stay. Ted gave great instruction for check in. Location is great with lots of restaurants and shopping nearby.

House was great for our family with 2 high schoolers. Very clean and sufficiently stocked. Comfortable beds, comfy couch, lots of counter space in kitchen. Having the outdoor patio space was terrific for enjoying the warm weather while grilling out! We had a great stay!

Out of all the vacation rentals we've rented, this is hands down the best so far! The place was very clean, and it felt like home. The fact that it has a game room shows that they owner spared no expense for making the stays at this place as comfortable and fun as possible. Thanks again and I look forward to the next stay!

I don’t want to leeeeeeeave!!!! Very clean and peaceful. The listing does not do this property justice. Very spacious with EVERYTHING needed to feel like home. The beds are almost too comfortable I almost wanted to lounge around all day. Each room feels like your own hotel suite. The property came equipped with any necessities you may have forgotten. I was skeptical about checking in after dawn but the neighborhood is very quiet and safe and the property was well lit. Check in time is 4 but I could not make it before dawn. The owner makes periodic checks to make sure you’re comfortable and have everything you need but not in an overbearing way. We were in town to celebrate our grandmother’s 90th birthday so it was great to have a nearby location to crash that didn’t feel like a stuffy hotel. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY (just not if I need it again :) lol )

This was a nice property. The home has been remodeled and has a modern feel. It was very spacious and clean. The only downside was the kitchen sink was clogged the day we arrived but the owner made us aware and it was fixed the next morning.

The house was in a great location and close to where we were going to be ringing in the New Year. The house was spacious and very clean. The parking for the property was also big enough to fit our 4 cars. Thank you for having us!

Home was spacious, clean, and close to shopping and colleges. Game room was a hit! Beds were comfortable, clean bathrooms with Charmin tissue, and TVs in each room! Only miss is the towels were worn…love fluffy towels! Owner was detailed with messages. Definitely would stay again!

I was moving my son into collage, so the location was perfect as it was the epicenter of all necessary shopping and access to restaurants. The neighborhood was quiet, which was nice. Ted was helpful and quick with the few questions that I had. Outdoor seating was limited, and the bathrooms were rather small, overall, for the amount of the bedrooms, and I would not recommend elderly or anyone that has an issue with steps, as both entrances require going up a flight of steps to access the property.

Property was perfect for location we were attending track meet at NC A&T. Close to groceries, lots of food options, movies. Cute neighborhood.

My family of 6 stayed here and the place was perfect for us. Being that we have 4 kids there was enough space and no fighting of who was going to watch what, as there were enough televisions for everyone. The game room was awesome, I was able to sit and play chess with my oldest son, great bonding time. The house was very clean and updated with appliances and decor. One of the best features for my wife and I was the very comfortable chair and half (the sofa was amazingly comfortable as well). We were able to put the kids to bed and lounge on that chair and watch some television. Our host was in constant communication with me throughout the stay and was very responsive whenever I reached out. The location is ideal as it is very close to Friendly Shopping center and Battleground Ave. Being a Greensboro native I was familiar with the area but if you are not familiar just know you have quick access to stores, restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Truly it was a great stay. Traveling with a large family can be a challenge but this house made it very easy and comfortable for us.
