Pictures are very accurate to the condo. Very close to tons of restaurants, souvenir shops & the beach! It’s a little walk to the beach, but there is close public beach access parking available if needed. Would stay here again!

This was our second stay and this is a great property for a small family. Love that its ground level and everything was as described in the listing. We were able to prepare meals in the kitchen and the location is perfectly settled within walking distance of the beach and some shops but off the main busy road. You are able to hear the guest above this unit but it was not bad, if there is a large family or group above I can see how people would find it disturbing.

Location was great! It was loud when the upstairs guests arrived. Just them walking around seemed like they were running laps but overall it was a great stay!

Short walk to the beach. Nice non busy neighborhood to walk the dog through. Comfortable beds….but ceiling fans are needed just for airflow.

Easy check-in/checkout, friendly owner, friendly staff, perfect location with lagoon on one side, beach on the other. Short drive to everything. Will definitely stay here again!

The property was clean and comfortable. We were allowed to bring our standard poodle. We also enjoyed the bathtub. The weather was not great during our stay so we did not do much walking. However, the location is very convenient. We did not have an issue with any tenants upstairs.

If you’re in the lower unit you will hear nearly every footstep from upstairs. This was the only downfall of the location, especially when hyper toddlers were running back & forth. You could hear the kitchen chairs being pulled out, the vacuum cleaner rolling across the floor & suitcases on rollers coming in. Didn’t hear voices, just most movements on the tile floor. Another caveat - there isn’t a mailbox so an Amazon order sent thru the post office was undeliverable because there was no mailbox.

Everything was just wonderful clean well stocked and easy to get to only 1.5 miles from crop meetwr truly enjoyed out stay

Great place to stay…plenty of space! Everything was great with no problems. Close enough to walk to beach but away from busy road. Will keep this place on our short list. 😊

Pros- good location and the tub was amazing. I loved having two sinks! Lots of cooking utensils. Cons- you could hear every sound from upstairs. I was very happy there until there were upstairs occupants. The floor was dirty. There was only one lamp in the entire place. The other lighting is bright bright. No salt and pepper.

The duplex is close to the beach and small local shops, which is convenient for the overall price. However, the people staying above us were so incredibly loud that sleeping was difficult and often interrupted. I don’t think it’s a deal breaker, but should be something you are aware of. Lots of sand but being close to the beach that is a given. If you are planning on spending a large amount of time in the rental I would recommend staying somewhere with a beach view and not here. The smart tv at the house also requires you to put in your own usernames and passwords for the apps and doesn’t have cable, being on vacation this didn’t have a big impact on us as we were out most the day, but something to consider, I only mention this because other family members were staying at different condos or duplexes at the same price point and access was included and the interiors of the rentals were nicer and cleaner. Overall, no bed bugs but would consider staying somewhere else next time.

It was a pleasant apartment to rent. It was clean and neat. A dishwasher would definitely have helped and attract more renters. Sound proofing of the floors of the apartment upstairs would be very helpful. The guest upstairs sounded like a herd of cattle from about 5:00 pm to 12:00 midnight. All that was heard was running back and forth and pounding hooves.

My wife would say it was worse than I will but she is a cleaning lady. The floor was very dirty and you could tell the cleaning crew was not doing a great job. Sheets had stains on them. The worst part about this place was the little kids running around in the upstairs part. It was a nightmare when the upstairs guests showed up with two big dogs and a kid running around with pounding foot stomps. If you stay here make sure you stay upstairs if you want to go to sleep before the other guests.

Thank you for our rental stay it was great. The only things that was disappointing as the lack of cleaning from the previous guests or the home cleaning crew.There was coffee and grounds still in the pot, dog smell and urine on the rug, sand on the sofa and floor. Please do a better job clean. Overall after our own cleaning great stay.

Very clean and quiet. Minimalist and functional. Bigger space than it appears in the pictures! All the basic necessities were there. Very functional. The bathtub and shower were fantastic. Short walk to the beach. Cleaners left dishwashing pods, but there is no dishwasher… there was dish soap and a sponge though. Laundry room was a plus. Curtains in the bedrooms would be a nice addition, to give guests the option to keep the morning sunlight out if they wish. Would stay here again!

It was a very clean house and just a short walk to the beach! We hope to be back!

Just a couple blocks from paid parking to the beach. Not in the middle of downtown but clise enough for convenience!

House was clean well kept. The area was close to most everything between the beach and you could see the river. It was a nice visit to recharge my life and enjoy life.

Great condo close to the beach in Gulf Shores. Perfect for a small family and was exactly as advertised. The bathroom was spacious and we were able to prepare our own meals in the kitchen, stocked with necessities. We will visit again. The only issue was that the cleaning crew seemed to forget to sweep. The floor was a bit dirty and there were some clumps of hair and dirt but there was a broom in the closet. Great place overall!

I enjoyed my stay felt like home. I loved the location.

Nice spring break place for us to stay. Very clean and seems like was just remodeled or updated. Would recommend to friends and family. Would like to return another time if possible. Short walk to beach and lots of room in house for us!!

Property exactly as represented, quiet neighborhood not too far from the beach, easy to keep clean. Found it relaxing and would recommend.

Very easy check in process Place was very clean and everything we needed. Just few minutes to Beach access and things to do. Will definitely be reserving again in the future.
