The location was wonderful as it was only a short walk to the main shopping centre. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the cleanliness of the room was exceptional. The bed was super comfortable and spacious.

Parking spaces would be beneficial if it was allocated upon booking. There were a few bigger vehicles that took up close to 2 parking spaces so this made it difficult to park the car.

Great position close to shops and work great cafes. Studio was large and well appointed. All the facilities one needs for a work stay

The A/C turned up high still cold. However the staff reset it and worked fine. Shouldn’t have waited until the last night to do so. Sound travelled from lifts of others guests In corridors.

We had to pay extra for the car park, which was very difficult to find a spot when we returned. In fact, we had to park outside until one became available. Not enough car spots.

Very nice apartment, good size, seperate bedroom, fantastic kitchen and bathroom, laundry was handy. This place opened in August 2023, everything is new and fresh, the staff are fabulous. For us it is the go to place for accommodation in Canberra

The apartment was lovely

The lack of parking. It didn’t say in the booking that I had to book parking at $30 a night and there was little street parking, so on a rainy night I had to walk to the hotel in the dark. The electric charging station didn’t work either. I booked this hotel because it advertised electric car charger

Lovely rooms & great facilities, kitchen etc

The air conditioning/heating was limited. It was quite cold in Canberra & we were unable to heat the room anymore than 22 degrees.

The lounge was not comfortable and for 4 guests not enough so had to use dining chairs. No cafe/eatery available for breakfast or snacks. Paid for carparking but was always full had to park in electric charging park one night.

Had a great stay at Meriton suites Canberra, The room (one bedroom apartment) was clean and spacious with everything you need in a apartment, The amenities were excellent with a decent gym and a large pool, Jacuzzi and sauna, The staff were very friendly and the location of the property was perfect with such a short walk to Civic mall and restaurants. Will definitely book here again in the future.

Pillows sucked but that's pretty much standard for every motel.

The room was more spacious than we expected and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.

The ensuite bathroom wasn't as clean as we hoped, and there were no face washers available- it's the first motel I have stayed in without a face washer.
