Die Lage ist perfekt, mitten in Malaga und trotzdem ruhig. Wir haben uns jederzeit sicher gefühlt. Großes Zimmer, Dusche und WC getrennt und auch richtig groß. Sehr moderne Ausstattung, mit Nespresso Kaffeemaschine. Gute Matratzen. Würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen.

Hin und wieder kam ein kloakiger Geruch (Gulli), wir nehmen an durch die Klimaanlage, in das Apartment. Ich denke es ist in einer Stadt wie Malaga, wo es so wenig regnet, schon fast normal. Das Licht fiel aus in Dusche und WC, war kurzzeitig wieder da und dann wieder weg, wir sind so klar gekommen.

Beliggenheden kunne ikke være bedre, kort afstand til alt det man gerne ville se.

I lejligheden kunne vi godt have undværet madlugt fra restauranten nedenunder. Deres udsugning lå lige ved vores altan.

La posizione eccellente, la casa in generale molto bella, pulita e accogliente, la doccia in camera separata dal vetro-mattone uno spettacolo ma credo non possa piacere a tutti, noi l’abbiamo amata!!

La tenda della doccia la cambierei, quando ti fai la doccia tende ad appiccicarsi addosso.

Apartment was expected and had everything we needed. Working with the staff, and making additional accommodations was great!

Locatoon was great and the bed was ectremely comfortable -- somethjng thatyou appreciate quite much while traveling

Was comfy and spacious, had everything we needed for our stay in there, the view was amazing loved the big windows Staff Irina at the place where we picked keys up was lovely and helpful! Thankyou will definitely stay again!

The Wifi network could be better

Location is excellent but you cannot access in front of the building with your car. You need to walk with your luggages about 150 mt. There is a parking space 250 mt away feom the apartment. Daily price 24 euros. Very convenient for exploring the old town and reaching the apartment. Very clean place. Secure and busy environment. Owner is very friendly and helpful.

The refrigirator noise is very disturbing. Even you shut the kitchen door the vibration sound really bothers. The air condition was leaking therefore it was very hard to sleep as we first struggle with cleaning the floor at 4 am. Then the warmth of tge house gave hard time to get back on sleep as it was 25C outside , you can image how the inside would be? Other than nothing really bad of they fix these 2 issues the house will be definately Perfect!

Excellent location at the heart of the historic center near the port, many shops and restaurants. Spacious, bright and quiet studio with modern design and high ceilings. There are many large windows overlooking the square, and they are soundproof. Secured place with an armored door. Very comfortable studio and a warm welcome. Super clean. I would gladly come back!

Some details: maybe you could add something to leave clothes and towels near the shower, a multi-socket next to the sofas, more bedside lamps.

Everything is well equipped and good quality. It is comfortable and big room.

It might be not their fault, but the bathroom is a little smelly. I think it is a building issue, but it would be good to improve the ventilation system.

Apartment in an excellent location, close to the metro, in the city center. Insulated windows, new equipment.

From 20:00 until morning it is not possible to reach the apartment managers. The office is closed.

The apartment is located in the centre of the Old Town within close reach of all shops and restaurants. As a consequence it does not have peace and tranquility but highly convenient. Very comfortable facilities with the benefit of a roof terrace but again quite overlooked and certainly not peaceful. We did not mind this and was great to have outside space as weather was excellent.

Bathroom flooded on first morning requiring me to clean out shower drain as it was blocked. Not what you expect on a property of this cost or for the first morning of your holiday. Whilst the terrace is great, the sun loungers do not have cushions and therefore pretty uncomfortable for any lounging longer that 5 mins. There is also no parasol and no shade until late afternoon.

We picked up our keys for the apartment at the main office ,about 5 mins away The hand over etc was smooth and easy and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful

Lovely open plan studio apartment with a small terrace, perfect for a couple. Great location in the old town, very close to the market, bars and restaurants. 5 minute walk to the cathedral, 2 minutes walk to metro and busses. Malaga old town is quite compact and easy to get around. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The location was right in the centre of action and the apt was spacious. It has everything I needed. It felt warm and homely x

I picked the wrong time of year. The Semana Santa was a tad noisy for 7nights till late. Luckily im a deep sleeper so it didnt bother me. Also the dividing wall of the bathroom was not sound proof. I could hear from the neighbour's bedroom :(
