My family loved this little slice of paradise nestled inside a quiet little suburb of Knoxville. Clean, comfortable, and close to everything! The inside of the house is absolutely gorgeous and the hot tub was perfect after a long day of traveling. We will never stay anywhere else in Knoxville!

The pictures actually reflect what you will find once you open the doors; however, this little house was surprisingly more pleasant than I expected. It was very clean, put together and quite cozy... We did not have the little ones with us, but if they were, I am sure they would have thoroughly enjoyed the play area in the back. We did not utilize any of the extras like the hot tub, grill, play area or fire pit, but if we had more time, we would have been all over the place. The bathrooms were nice sizes and the bathtub big enough for a large man to sit in and have a good soak. The beds were so comfortable, and most importantly, we felt safe. Being able to put an alarm on STAY mode when you put your family to bed is a huge plus in my book. We were able to utilize the alarm system whenever we left the premises, which was another plus. My daughter had to work the icemaker. We were so busy with my daughter's tournament that we were unable to utilize the kitchen either, but it was stocked with everything!!! The only problem was the communication. I am older, so if I ask for a phone call back, please call me back. I kept receiving replies to messages instead of a phone call back. Waiting on a reply is exhausting; especially when you are trying to go to the events you originally came to participate in. I felt locked in the house waiting on a reply, only to find out that they had replied via email and even then, with the wrong information. Frustrating!!!

We arrived at the property and gained access to the home immediately. This home is adorable. Clean with the most comfortable beds ever. My granddaughter enjoyed the play house. The adults enjoyed the hot tube.It was close to the zoo and easy drive to attractions in Gatlinburg. I would 100% recommend.

Great location nice little house!

The house was clean, check in was easy and beds were comfortable. Hot tub was very nice and relaxing. Really the only issue we had was the location. The neighborhood was not ideal. It appears that it is transitioning, but has a ways to go.

Perfect house for two couples, friends and children. Great location and set up.

We (3 adults and 1 child) stayed here for only one night as we were heading back from vacation. The 4 year old LOVED the playhouse! We didn't get a chance to use the hot tub! Very nicely decorated; very clean; had a great time using the portable counter top ice maker!
