Attentiveness of the property manager was appreciated. The house could really use a deep clean. Kitchen and living area floors were sticky, carpet didn’t appear vacuumed, garbage disposal was broken. Ice machine made a loud screeching sound when turned on. Overall, it was nice to have our extended family together in a home for game day weekend at a reasonable price.

The pre process was amazing and easy great communication. When we arrived the grass needed to be cut. The area was not the safest. There where people out all kinds of night with loud music and talking the police had to end up coming. The toilet was dirty as well as the baseboards. It’s suppose to sleep eight people but there was only three spoons and three forks. There was dust bunny’s everywhere. And there is only two tvs for a house that sleep eight people.

When we arrived in the neighborhood of the rental there were drug deals taking place in front of us. Neighbors were in the street yelling at each other.
We decided not to stay and had to get a hotel for our stay in Columbia.

This location was about 10/15 mins (given traffic) from Fort Jackson! It was very spacious and the Kitchen was well stocked with cooking items and utensil's! They even had a high chair and a baby bath tub! All 3 bedrooms were upstairs and a good size there plus there were 2 1/2 baths! The master bedrooms sheets were soft and it slept good! The house smelled like bleach and wasn't dirty dirty but it did lack some cleanliness! Lots of dusts and tiny hand prints on the walls! Would I stay here again… probably not.

Nice to have all the bedrooms and full baths upstairs, for those who wanted to go to bed early, as we were traveling with our 1 year old grand daughter. Nice big kitchen and dining room, and family room with plenty of seating, and a half bath on the main floor for those who stay up late. And a bonus fenced in back yard for our dog to play and get her energy out. We enjoyed our stay!

We stayed one night. The home had some dirt on the carpets and the outside fire pit could use some refreshing. Overall not a bad stay,

This location is perfect for those wanting something clean, comfortable and modern. We have stayed here twice now, and would highly recommend it. The house is always spotless, the back yard is fenced and the neighborhood quiet. Plus, Florian and Andreas are very responsive to any enquiries.

This is a great property our only issue was with the MBR bed. The sheets were old and stretched. Every time you moved the sheets pulled off the corners and ended up in bed with you.
Other than that daily annoyance the house is perfect.
Great location, fenced in backyard, quiet safe neighborhood.

The host was very polite and very communicative. The property was just as described. The home was equipped with essentials such as toiletry, towels, dishsoap, dishes and even a washer and dryer with detergent for washing your clothes as well. Our only issues during our stay was the noisy neighbors at night. That was something our host could not control or be held responsible for. Despite that, our stay was very comfortable. Would highly recommend and definitely return !

We had a great weekend staying at this property. The owner was great and was quick to answer all of our needs. The house was very clean and well appointed. We were a short drive to shopping and to downtown.

We spent the week of Christmas here, to be closer to family, and the home was wonderfully appointed - great coffee facilities, all baking and cooking tools needed, washer/dryer, and a fenced area for the pets. The home was very clean and welcoming when we arrived; the hosts were responsive, and we would definitely stay again. Thank you, Andreas and Florian!

We did have some hiccups with AC and repairs, but the owner clearly communicated these in advance and we knew what to expect upon arrival. Property very clean and comfortable.

Wouldn't stay there again. Light bulbs burnt out, overhead vents leaking (condensation). Downstair toilet wasn't working. Fire pit/chairs not usable-damaged. Grass over grown. Carpet was dirty and garbage cans were over flowing with garbage when we arrived with flies. I reached out to host and got nothing until I asked again where to place our garbage when we left. I was looking forward to a nice clean place to stay but this is not it.
