This rental was pricey for what it was. Everything felt cheap and poorly thought out. Closets had junk in them. Bathroom had random products in it, no amenities like shampoo or soap bottles. Sorry shower curtain with orange mold on it. Not welcoming, and higher prices than area hotels. Expected much more. Would not recommend.

I traveled to CA for a family funeral. My search was for something affordable, close to family, could accommodate 5-7 adults & 1 child. We would only be there for sleeping so we did not need much as far as accommodations.This was a perfect match & so much more! Old, small home in excellent neighborhood that has been updated to all things new, with the exception of closets, shelving, and cabinetry (which brought added charm). Close to freeways & everything else you need nearby. Nice central location to the beautiful foothills & intersecting freeways to all things Southern CA! I had my doubts that my adult sons would be comfortable- was wrong. There was plenty of space for sleeping & eating. Wish more had stayed. Plenty of towels, soaps, shampoos & other items for kitchen. Full size kitchen, fridge, stove/oven, air fryer, instant pot, coffee, tea. TV. I was worried about one bathroom but it worked out okay. High chair for baby, comfortable beds and bedding. Plenty of drawers and closet space, even a desk to work at and a vanity for makeup application and hair styling (which helped because only 1 bathroom). If you really need two you can also rent out the next door (shared driveway) 1 bed/1bath. Wished we had time to enjoy the backyard garden/patio & downtown Glendora. We will have to come back and stay again. We had to purchase an overnight parking permit for one night - $5. Police station was 2 doors down, so that was easy. They will discontinue ticketing 4/16/23.

This house is in a great neighborhood close to the main street of Glendora. You can find lots of restaurants and amenities a short walk from the house. It's in a quiet residential neighborhood with single family homes. It's not bad to go to LA or Orange county, depending on traffic. The house is older, but has recently been renovated and was very clean. The only thing that needs improvement is that it's a brand new VRBO and the standard communications materials (house procedures, WiFi password, check out procedures, etc.) haven't been made yet. The owner was receptive to making them, but I would make sure to reach out if they haven't been posted to VRBO yet. Will definitely come back if we come to the area.
