Our family of 5 was very happy to stay in this very comfortable apartment. It is renovated with high quality material and is wonderfully decorated with modern furniture and art. The 3 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms are very well equipped with lots of closetspace and eye for detail. The provided towels are fluffy and thick and add to the overall 'luxury'-feeling. We did not cook in the kitchen but everything is there to do so, including basics such as oil and vinegar. The terrace has a beautiful view over Lisbon but only has sun in the morning and afternoon. The neighbourhood is quiet - located 5 minutes walk from the subwaystation Anjos and just around the corner from a great breakfastplace 'Brick', a good bakery and a small supermarket. We loved it !

Stayed in this house on holiday with 7 friends - what an amazing space! Very stylish, large enough to accommodate a group comfortably, and equipped with awesome amenities. Hosts were relatively responsive. The neighborhood is about a ~20 minute walk to the city center, but we didn't mind the distance, and there was much to do nearby in the way of nightlife / good food. Would definitely stay again!

The apartment was perfect for all 6 of us -- two couples and two singles -- for three weeks. Very well laid-out, beautifully maintained, lots of space, all "mod con's," and in a wonderful neighborhood with pharmacy, supermarket, good restaurants and bars, plus bus, tram and metro sites all within an easy walk. Martin, the host, was extraordinarily helpful in an emergency requiring a local money transfer. He is the best!! I HIGHLY recommend this apartment for a wonderful stay in a city I love.

This apartment is immaculate, tastefully decorated with great views. The owners could not be more helpful even though we checked in after midnight, plenty of time was taken to explain everything. Location good, you can walk into the main square in around 20mins downhill or 20mins to the Alfama district.

This apartment was everything we could have wanted. Martin was a gracious host and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. The apartment was spacious and had a lovely upper level with a balcony that boasted a great view. The apartment was located in an area near many restaurants and shops which was very convenient. Everything inside the apartment was perfect as well from the interior decor to the kitchen supplies provided. My family and I enjoyed our stay immensely, thank you Martin! We would recommend this booking to anybody wanting to visit Lisbon.

This apartment was fabulous: it was spacious - 4 bedrooms, quiet - no noise neighbours or really much street noise, centrally located - we could walk to almost anywhere, or take the sub way or Uber. The apartment was very clean, had great views from the upstairs balcony, was complimented with great coffee and a nice stove top espresso machine. Hot water was always available in the beautiful showers/bathrooms. Martin's rep - Paulo was very helpful as was the driver who picked us up at the airport. We were able to add and additional guest for only 22E's/night. Great place in a great city, thanks!

This was the perfect apartment to stay as a family. It has plenty of rooms, a cute eating area, a well-equipped kitchen and best of all washer and dryer which is hugely convenient when you have little kids that go through a lot of clothes. The apartment is on the 5th floor but there is a lift (albeit small) in the building.

We had a great stay in Lisbon - our group of 7 was so comfortable in this apartment with plenty of space and everything we needed. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood with lots of cute cafes, shops, and easy access to the metro or affordable cabs to quickly get to anything we wanted to see outside the neighborhood. Also - nice to have both a washer and a dryer. This was the only stop on our Europe tour that did! Martin and Andre were helpful and generous to help us with recommendations, maps, general information and great communication. Looking forward to our next trip to Lisbon - and our next stay with Martin and Andre!

We were in town to run the 2021 Lisbon Marathon. This was a great apartment with lots of space. It was exactly as it looked in the pictures and spotlessly clean! The rooftop terrace was a great bonus to be able to enjoy at the end of a long day of sightseeing (or running!). Martin was very responsive and helpful in planning and answering questions about the property and things to do/see in the region. Great host! We highly recommend this property and Lisbon!

We were welcomed wonderfully and the apartment is very well furnished and clean. Multiple grocery stores and restaurants nearby. We enjoyed our stay.

This property was perfection! 5 of us enjoyed Martins apartment located close to everything without having to deal with loud street noise or crowds. Martin and his team are helpful and attentive, giving us great access to dining ideas, tour guides and site seeing . The apartment is modern, has all the amenities you could need, comfortable beds and lovely setting. Dining near by is wonderful too. Can’t think of one criticism. It’s just as promised!

It was a very clean and well-appointed unit. The owner, Martin, met us with flowers when we came in and also was available to say goodbye. The location was great for site seeing and we used the train, the tram ,cabs and Uber— all easy to do from the apartment. Very comfortable arrangement for 6 adults who like to travel but aren’t as young as they used to be! The neighborhood was full of cafes, restaurants, and small delicacy shops. All in all a wonderful experience.

What a great place for our group while in Lisbon. About 10-15 minutes to all major attractions, along with great nearby restaurants and cafes. The upstairs terrace offered wonderful views to the city during the day and night. The unit was wonderful and so nicely decorated. The dining area in back offered a great place to share food, wine and stories. Best of all were the local pastries and bottle of wine upon our arrival to enjoy! 10 out of 10!

Plenty room for all of us, well appointed. Excellent neighborhood, mainly Lisbon locals, so it didn't feel touristy. Close to streetcars and subway.

My family had a wonderful stay in Lisbon thanks to this beautiful apartment! It was quiet, comfortable, and well-appointed. We loved taking Tram 28E and also the subway, both were a 5-minute walk from the apartment. It was easy to get everywhere we wanted to go in the city, from the Oceanarium to Chiado.

The property was very large and we had more than enough space. The owner was very nice and helpful with helping us get situated, which we really appreciated after flying in. The bathroom floor upstairs was filthy, but I think that may have been a cleaners oversight. The beds could certainly be more comfortable, but also; quite common for Europe. Overall, we enjoyed the property!

A nice property that comfortably accommodated 7 adults. The apartment was clean and had all needed amenities, including coffee maker, wi-fi, and washer and dryer. Note that the unit is on the 5th floor (6th by American count) and the master suite is another internal flight up. On our visit the elevator was broken, but even with an elevator, this is not a unit for mobility limited. Neighborhood (Anjos) has cafes, small grocery stores, but you have to walk/Uber/or take public transport to sights and better restaurant selection. Saint George Castle Is a nice walk to Alfama neighborhood. Metro line is only a few blocks away. Convenient to the airport. A Syn Labs facility is nearby for Covid tests to return to US (20 euros), but make a reservation on line early - they book up and are not accommodating for walk-ins.

This was a wonderful stay from beginning to end. Martin's apartment was more than we could have asked for. Everything was as described and just perfect for our eight-member family. Just to add this is a safe and interesting area and very convenient for getting around. We would recommend this apartment to any large group looking for a place to stay in Lisbon, one of the great cities of Europe.

Chose this apartment based on the positive reviews and it didn't disappoint - it was about 7mins walk to nearest metro station, has many restaurants / cafes within walking distance and a really great grilled chicken restaurant/bar directly underneath the apartment which I really recommend. The check-in process was smooth and the host was very welcoming. The top floor room is a real treat and balcony has views over Lisbon.
