1. The food variety is excellent.
2. Service is generally very good.
*Dining Area Suggestions:*
1. The dining room could use more space, maybe with an outdoor area or terrace.
2. Better ventilation is needed in the dining room.
3. The dining room should be less noisy, with better acoustics (even considering the noisy guests).
4. I once received a sticky fork, so cleanliness could be improved.
5. Food/snacks/items often run out quickly and should be refilled more promptly.
*Suggestions for Improvement:*
1. More staff should speak English; many waiters do not.
2. The elevators take too long; a solution is needed.
3. Timing should be more accurate. When someone says 2 minutes, it shouldn’t be 15 or 30 minutes.
4. I noticed dishes and glasses left near the elevators for 1-2 days, which isn’t ideal. They should be cleared within a few hours.
5. The front desk should be more flexible with additional room cards, especially for families. It shouldn’t always require a manager’s approval.
6. I’m not sure how, but it would be nice if we could ask guests to be quieter or more considerate of noise levels.
7. The hotel entrance is a bit difficult for cars/taxis to access and could be improved.
8. The hotel has had different names (Kempinski, Pullman, Badamdar), and I’m curious about the history behind this.
9. Reopening the waterpark could attract more guests and improve the hotel’s rating.

This hotel is ok, it is out side of the city, u need to spend a lot on taxi to reach to the baku city, n in means of view the room what we wer given was very average, n speaking about breakfast it was really bad, no much options. The staff is list bothered to make the stay perfect for thy client. Majority staff doesn't know English n they don't even have proper travel desk

Выражаем благодарность персоналу отеля. Хочется отметить, что все очень доброжелательные и вежливые, поэтому создается атмосфера хорошего отдыха и отличного настроения. Номер уютный, просторный , чистый, приятный дизайн, уборная большая кровать, есть телевизор и холодильник!

Хороший отель,с хорошими номерами. Бассейн,хамам,сауна,паровая комната,всё на уровне! Спортзал отличный. До центра города и всех достопримечательностей ехать 15 минут, за 3$ если на такси бизнес,то за 5-6$.

Generally everything was good. Sauna and swimming pool also were good enough.
Breakfast price very different if you pay in the hotel. Better to book in advance with cheaper price in order to avoid unsurprisingly different higher price.
Stuff friendly but some people do not speak english & russian, so very difficult to communicate if you don't speak local or turkish languages

Everything, I lived in mang hotels. This hotel is special.
Everyone was friendly and wanted to make sure you were well served. The cleaning service was perfect, especially Ms. Gunay Yusuf.
Also, the recipient staff has sent me a birthday cake, thanks to him.

Breakfast was good, staff are nice but they need lots of training on how to handle guests. The hotel has apparently opened a month ago only so needs to work more on the room amenities as they are below the average.

The room categories and photos on Booking.com does not totally match the ones of the hotel. The team promised to liaise with booking.com media team to upload the correct photos per room category.
