I have asked for an extra towel and didn’t get it untill the next day.

Friendly staff. Location (If you drive a scooter). Good wifi most of the time.

First night we had a rat running in our room. Was offered to change the room the next day but we declined. We had already done our measures our selves to keep the rat outside. We found the hole were it came in. The hotel rented scooters but there were no helmets available. No sand on the beach during high tide/daytime. More breakfast choices would have been appreciated. You are stuck to the resort if you´re not driving a scooter.

Best bar on the island, great food and drinks reasonable priced compared to other resorts on the island

Insects were a bit noisy

Noise all the time caused by the construction work for the pool so actually I could not spend any time there neither in my bungalow nor on the beach There is trash between the bungalows and even in the flowers in the bathroom WiFi did not work in my room although I asked three times about it Breakfast was OK but not great Overall for the price it was not great unfortunately

Room was big and comfy and staff is very friendly and helpful. Views are beautiful and the sea is just one enormous pool for you to enjoy. Definitely recommend!

Didn't have room service. Only left water bottles at the door.

Garbage all over the beach, Massive mosquitoes everywhere due to the uncleanness...

Need to have more communication with customers before arrive. I book my reservation in October and paid. But at arrival they said i never paid. Poor wifi can't verify my payment status.

Location is good and have own Restaurant/Bar and Kajaks, Friendly and helpful Personal, very nice garden Bungalows some with ocean view

should keep more maintained bungalows, water runs out in Bathroom, tv not working and where not clean room also if you leaf keys at reception

Wonderful sea side resort. Stayed here just for one night but it was fun. •quite calm and relaxing •friendly hotel staffs •rooms are nice and spacious with attached balcony in front, liked the wooden design •nice garden •deckbar located right in front of the beach where you can relax, drink, eat and enjoy the sea view •kayaking available just for 50thb per hour, really really enjoyed doing it, please dont miss •beautiful sunset view •scooty rent just at 250thb per day •good breakfast •great amenities •varieties of food and cocktail menu available

Very Bad Food. Same Bad Cold Breakfast everyday… wet dishes… insects fly all over the food… (breakfast has only 1 type of cereal / egg + 1 piece of mushroom / half tomato)… no Covid Safety Action. Broken Faucet both in shower and in toilet. Room did not get clean because staff did not inform us to put the sign on the door. staff are not trained to help carrying luggage, we have to ask for help…

The private beach in the resort was nice cozy and more activities we can do. Sunset was beautiful, foods the taste was amazing!

When I was checking in I wish the reception told me more about facilities I have no idea what’s time for breakfast open until also I sent the message before I arrived there but no one response me back about pandemic due covid 19, and I feel like this resort look kinda old if compare from pictures on here. WiFi in my room is not working and the stuffs told me it broke need to wait the engineer come to fix it for the next day and our room have some small animals too especially big fire Ant! My friend got some accident while we were on the beach together her feet was bleeding and we really need first-aid box but all I got it just only Gauze, Cotton, Bandage (without Adhesive tape), Sodium Chloride and Band-Aid. This is my first time in Koh Kood and I didn’t impressed as much as I expect kinda sad.

Loved that they provide sub board, kayak and others with minimum charge. Loved all those super friendly and clingy little kitties tried ambushing us in front of our room everyday. Room was quite clean, spacious and comfy. Breakfast buffet lines are few, food at the restaurant and bar is quite delicious both Thai and inter, and drinks (punches, cocktails, alcohol) quite many to try.

Mosquitoes prevented us from lounging in hammock on our terrace. Staff are nice but smile only between interactions.

Everything It's a very very good location

Only missing the water cooker in the room and English TV channels for rainy days
