it was a pleasant surprise. not thinking what an annex would be like. it was clean. it was comfortable. it was well furnished. it was well stopped with absolutely everything. I have no criticism at all. the bed was must have been more than a king size. it was excellent. they were very good. had our own key entry through the garage. very pleasant. wouldn't hesitate in coming again and I reckon everyone who wants to stay up in Warwick should give it a go. it's lovely. it's like home from home. well done

The hosts had put in a great deal of effort to provide excellent, comfortable accommodation and provided thoughtful extras eg. milk in the fridge, chocolates and even shaving gel plus loads of information on local places of interest. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay and would like to thank Jamil & Bandele for the considerable effort they have put in to make such a great place to stay. We hope we can stay there again when passing this way.

Great place in a lovely quiet area of Warwick, the place is super clean with everything you need for a perfect stay. Will definitely book again when I'm in Warwick.

The Annexe was very central for both Warwick and Leamington Spa - bus route within walking distance. Warwick was a 35 minute walk and if you use a walking app takes you along the cycle route where there are lakes and ducks. Leamington Spa would probably need the bus (around 45 min walk). The Annexe was beautiful, very clean, had everything you could want: Hairdryer, Iron, Fans, Kitchen with cooking facilities, TV, even a little patio area, and toaster, lovely bathroom with a great shower (always hot water available). The bed was exceptionally good (a medium feel - I know as I sold mattresses for 8 years). Taxis were readily available to take you to town. The area is great for all sorts of visits to interesting sites. There were little treats waiting for me, these probably change from time to time so I won't tell you what they are. Parking was easy - just keep the car to the right of the driveway next to the wall. Sat Nav found the Annex without any problem at all.

Only that I couldn't stay longer - I felt absolutely safe and comfortable.

The location was perfect for us. Just between Leamington Spa (we were there to watch the National bowls finals) and Warwick, close to the castle. We were given our privacy, but when we needed to speak with the host, she was very helpful, accommodating and friendly. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the shower was good and powerful. We liked the fact that we were able to park on the drive, right outside the property, and there was a lovely outdoor area set for our use in the garden. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
