Our family came together from west coast to Midwest. Great space for being together - 12 of us - or quiet space for one . All porch/deck space was used by all of us. Kitchen was very well equipped, tons of towels for beach and bath. Two washer & dryers were great to have on. We did lots of fun activities- parasailing, dolphin cruise, pirate ship, family photos, tiki bars, fireworks and pool time!

Family of 15 rented for our 45th anniversary. We had a great time together. The pool was used constantly. Cooking was easy with good appliances. Lots of room to spread out. We definitely agreed we would rent again.

All the space beautiful details and the bunk room was perfect for cousins. The pool area was our favorite spot so many options for seating!! Pure joy!!

We absolutely loved our stay. We had 4 families with children. The home was pristine and had everything you could have needed (blender, crockpot, plenty of dishes, utensils, beach toys, pool toys, etc). The pool and slide were a HUGE hit. We traveled in late March and paid for the pool to be heated and this is a must in my opinion as it was chilly in the morning and some days didn’t get much over 60 so the kids didn’t miss a beat with the heated pool. We loved the porches and the fact they were all furnished beautifully. The neighborhood was quiet and being at the end of the road was great for the kids in our group who enjoyed scootering around. The beach was walking distance or a very short drive and this was a nice perk. The only con, if I could find one, is that restaurants, shopping, etc. is a drive. There isn’t anything you can walk to as far as businesses go. However, the beach and serenity of this area was sought out by many other visitors as the beach parking lot would fill on nice days. Overall, we loved our stay, the home was stunning, and I would highly recommend this for a multi-family stay. And to comment on Vacasa, I saw various comments on other groups about poor satisfaction with Vacasa, but our home representative was responsive and we had no issues.

Walking distance to the river. Close to area restaurants and stores. Well stocked kitchen with all the amenities to make vacation amazing. Small community feel. Beds were amazing, and the space allowed our family to spread out.

Like New home in an Amazing Location. The owners were super and had great communication. The home is like new stocked with everything we needed. The home is in the end of a culdisac with almost no traffic so it is super quiet. The gated subdivision is next to a park with beach access where we went daily.

The house is beautiful and clean and convenient to everything. We used all 6 bedrooms and were very comfortable. The only drawback was the kitchen. For the amount of people this house holds, there were no where near enough pots and pans and bowls to serve food in. We had to go to Walmart and buy some plastic bowls. There was a great pool which was a plus because it was not included in the VRBO description. We had a great time here!
