I loved the views. I loved that every room had its own bathroom. I loved that the floors were tile. However, I didn’t like that there wasn’t a garbage disposal in the sink. I didn’t like that the bedrooms didn’t have chest of drawers nor did they have any hangers to hang clothes. The ice maker in the fridge didn’t work properly. The parking situation wasn’t ideal. Only having 1 spot guaranteed per room stinks because the other vehicles aren’t promised a free spot of parking. Overall, it was a great trip just missed some amenities in the room. I would recommend this condo.

Very from balcony is amazing. Two elevators and both moved quickly so never had to wait very long on one.

Great place for a family to enjoy vacation!

Overall it was a wonderful experience, great views, plenty of space. WONDERFUL BALCONY!! My only problem was with the parking it wasn’t that it was terrible but it was just a tight spot (my sister’s rental car got dented by a neighboring vehicle) and if you drive a lower sitting car (Altima) your vehicle will scrub very badly unless you really angle it and if it’s anything over a mid-size SUV it’s hard to fit. And there is only 1 spot on property there is free parking across if you can find a spot there if not there is paid parking right behind that. But I would 100% go back, no problems with the condo, I would just drive something different.

What a lovely property! We cannot say enough about 601 Ocean Ritz. The place was beautiful, homey, comfortable and the views are magnificent. Our family came for the week of the 4th of July and I can't remember the last time we enjoyed a trip or accommodations so much. Would definitely return!
