We had a wonderful time and this house was perfect for our family. It was very clean, well laid out, fully stocked of all necessities, and a great location. Everything to ensure our satisfaction was thought of! Stephen was a great host and gave us pointers on going back and forth to the airport, places to eat, etc. We will be back!! What a cozy, comfortable, quaint space. Our family met up this year from all over the country. With 5 adults there was ample space and a layout conducive to private space for some down time. My family loved having the space to hang out and play games and watch TV for a day or so. It was like having everyone home again. Kitchen was well equipped. Backyard was nice for some fresh air. Beds were comfortable and linens ample. Parking easy and accessible. Thank you for sharing your space with us!

Our stay in Arvada was wonderful. We had a group of 6 and there was more than enough room for everyone. The house was clean and we had everything we needed. Stephen was a great host and responded to all of our inquiries in a timely manor. We definitely recommend this host and property.

This was the perfect house for a family girl's weekend. It was close to the train to go to Denver, close to Red Rocks, and Old Town Arvada was fun!

Wonderful place to stay. The downstairs living area is perfect for families with young children. Communication with the property manager was quick and helpful. Thoughtful details can be seen around the house making the stay cozy and comfy for out of town guest.

The house is very clean and organized. The beds where comfortable. The house was big enough for the 5 of us to have our own space. The house is close to Boulder Golden and nearby tons of great restaurants and shopping. We love Co and loved staying at this property.

We had planned a group 50th birthday party with long-time friends, four of us in total. We each had our own bedroom and bed and we slept like queens in king-sized beds! We loved having this location as our home base for all our activities. We used the kitchen and it was well stocked with all the cooking things we needed. The home looked beautiful, felt clean and was our perfect home away from home. We would definitely come back! It was fun for four of us, but four couples would easily be accommodated here. Highly recommend this location and host. He was accommodating when one of our activities was rescheduled (and we were so grateful). We were in communication and he was willing to offer help.

Pros: Great location, big, comfortable beds, a well-equipped kitchen, and immaculately clean bathrooms. Cons: we didn’t get to stay long enough to enjoy all the activities the area offers!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this property and I cannot praise our experience enough. The host went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and even picked up and delivered a birthday cake for us. The house was very cute and clean and fully stocked. The big back yard was the perfect location for morning coffee and brunch. The neighborhood was very quiet and it was a quick drive into Olde Town Arvada which was a super cute area with lots of food and drink options.

We had a great time. The house was very well done with updates. It was extremely comfortable and hospitable with all the right touches. Make up towels, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, shampoo, conditioner, soap etc. Located within 20-30 min of red rock’s amphitheater made it an ideal location to stay when in town for a concert. The owner is very responsive!

Everything from the welcome amenities to the creature comforts made our stay easy and comfortable. Of special note was the cleanliness of the home. Would definitely stay here again

My family and I (ages 20-80) spent the weekend and the house was perfect for us. We found the house to be very well stocked with all of the amenities and supplies of home. The backyard was large with a nice table and chairs and privacy fence to gather outside and enjoy the weather. In short, the Newman House was absolutely perfect for us.

The house has all the "extra" special touches. Communication was amazing. You can cook any meal if cooking is your passion.

Steve went above and beyond to welcome us into the most relaxing beautiful and clean air b&b. It was by far the most comfortable stay we have ever had.
