Kitchen, living room and dining room were spacious, but kitchen is missing some important utensils. We enjoyed the upper deck and screened in porch. There were nice walkways to an uncrowded beach. Only a short distance to the ferry and Cape Henlopen State Park.

We love this neighborhood! Check in process and communication process was great. House was good, however we wish the cleaners were a little more careful with cleaning floors, spills on cabinets, dirty air filters, etc. Overall a good stay

The location and neighborhood were terrific. The property suited our family well. There were plenty of sand toys to use as well. The kitchen, living room and outdoor porches were large and comfortable. The only negatives were the lack of cleanliness and for a home of that value real curtains to get the bedrooms dark at night would have been nice.

This house was perfect for our family vacation. We loved the proximity to the Lewes bay beach and Cape Henlopen. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for the great rental!

We have nothing negative to say about this home. It is perfectly situated- short walk to the beach, 5 minutes from Lewes and walkable to Cape Henlopen State Park! The waves on this side are small, if at all, so don’t expect to boogie board. The beach is private and quiet. The house itself is clean, modern and well stocked. Exactly as listed. Our only complaints would be that the house was listed and advertised as having a community pool. The pool is not open, so maybe check with the owners before you rent. We feel like we should have been told prior to booking. Also, if renting through Vrbo, beware that you’ll be dealing with a third party manager. They take long time to reply and resolve issues. Apart from these few issues, our stay was seamless and we would definitely rent here again!

Exactly as portrayed. Beautiful, comfortable home; great layout for a 3 generation family vacation. Easy walk to nice, uncrowded beach.
