When we arrived at our place, the check in worked perfectly, and we were impressed by how nice everything looked inside. The kitchen was stocked well, and the rooms were as described and suited us well. The beds were very comforable. Unfortunately, the heat of July was unbearable. The home had an ac unit in the front window which served very well in that area, but that 2 rooms in the back of the house were like saunas. Though there were fans thoughtfully provided, most of us ended up sleeping in the front room, which was a little awkward as they had only sheer window coverings which afforded no nighttime privacy. On the whole, though, it was a fun place to stay, and we were thankful to have it. When we had a problem with the lock on one of the days, Steve was quick to respond and fix the problem immediately. I especially liked that the place was quite close to shopping and eating, which was so convenient for us.

This is a wonderful and functional house and a high value alternative to a hotel when staying in Idaho Falls. I highly recommend it in that capacity!

The house is a nice size and very homey.Steven was available to answer questions and when I needed to extend my stay he was super understanding and allowed me to stay. As well as checked in on how my son was doing while he was in the hospital. I can't say enough good things of the entire trip but especially the owners hospitality.
