Beautiful room love the new furniture and features.

Great location, so close to the convention center, ferry terminal and great running and walking trail access to Stanley Park. The restaurant is delicious and the rooms are very nice and clean. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The hotel is lovely, and the staff are outstanding. They are friendly, helpful, and extremely courteous. They are the main reason that this is an amazing property. My only complaint is that the light switches were difficult to figure out. I prefer a simple on-off options, but with the motion detector things and electronics to open the curtains, it was all a bit confusing for this 60+ person. However, if I get a chance to return to Vancouver, this is where I am staying.

The team at AZUR are truly some of the best around. The service is impeccable without attitude and the room has all the modern conveniences you would need. Nothing is impossible for the team here and they donit with pleasure and a smile. The ONLY small thing that we encountered was that the aircon couldnt go below 18°C but that wasnt really an issue once it got going. Highly recommend staying here. Bathroom was a favourite. Even though the toilet is in the bathroom, it is separately partioned so you have privacy.

Stayed for three nights whilst sight seeing in Vancouver. Hotel is simply beautiful, staff lovely and the location is perfect with ash access to the waterfront, shopping, restaurants and public transport.

Our experience at Azur was amazing and definitely lived up to the high ratings. The hotel is beautiful, the beds super comfortable and the rooms very upscale. Staff top to bottom were welcoming and hospitable. Highly recommend!

Fantastic hotel. Centrally located, new, modern, luxurious. Very spacious and comfortable room, well appointed with luxury finishes. Common spaces are attractive and inviting. First class service. Will absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful boutique hotel with very comfortable bed, modern tasteful decor room.

Staff was incredible. They could not have been more helpful in all aspects. Brendan, in particular, made our stay incredibly easy and enjoyable. Would definitely come back if we visit Vancouver again.

Late arrival due to late flight arrival. Lovely welcome and slept very well into the morning. Very comfortable bed with high quality sheets. Exquisite bathroom. Fantastic rooftop restaurant and bar. Too bad I couldn’t use it as I checked out at 11.

This has become my new favourite hotel in Vancouver! Immediately upon check-in staff we’re extremely welcoming! And this lasted that our entire stay of five days! From the Restaurant wait staff to the front desk staff and doorman, even the general manager… they all remembered our name and all had a warm professional attitude towards us! I was so impressed with the hotel that I asked to see several different room types in anticipation of staying again, and the general manager himself took me on a tour which included the rooftop restaurant… A stop I highly recommend both for its quality of food and rooftop ambiance! highly recommend this hotel for quality of customer service, excellent rooms and quality of food! Another value is it’s ideal location, downtown close to transportation, tourist, destinations, and plenty of restaurants

Impossible to find drive up access (located at the back alley). No VIP upgrade provided. Very small room.

When checking in, the front desk was quite rude. I found the service overall not too good.

The concierge and staff were so helpful and kind. They are an asset to the hotel.

The front desk staff working early morning was extremely rude when I had asked why our car was parked in the alley over night? Because 70$ to park in an alley is ridiculous. She gave me attitude when not kindly explaining where and why it was parked that way. The back of our tub had mold in it, clearly not wiped up from spillage. Other than that, overall decent stay but not nearly worth the price. 350$ max I’d pay for this place. I thought I left this review weeks ago.

I enjoyed my stay. We had 3 rooms and had a great experience. The staff went out of their way to be friendly and courteous and met all of our needs efficiently in a timely manner.
