This home worked well for our large family. The home is located in a cove off the main channel which gave us some calm water to swim and paddle board. The property manager was very kind and answered questions quickly.

The location was great. Owner was easy to work with. The house wasn’t the cleanest but I did get a bit of refund which was nice but it should have been clean upon arrival. The deck needs some work. Garbage disposal is very loud needs repaired. This place could be a real gem with some repairs.

The house was beautiful loved all of the bedrooms, bathrooms, and dock the most could use more towels and utensils for the kitchen large spoons, spatulas, etc. the icemaker did not work, but we just bought bags of ice and made do

Overall, we had an enjoyable time at this property. The rooms were large, comfortable and all, except one, had an on suite bathroom, which was great for our large family. We all enjoyed the dock area. We cooked a lot and had to buy decent knives and a decent non-stick pan because these were not available. Also we had to clean the grill before it was usable. This was a decent place to stay, but was overpriced for the condition/quality of the rental.

We needed a large property for three families to gather. There was more that enough room for 16 of us. Lots of activities for the kids and adults. Fun restaurants and activities near by as well. We would definitely rent this property again in the future.

This was a perfect place to stay with a large family. Each family group had their own balcony, bedroom and bathroom, (plus two extra for teens). The kitchen was well stocked for meals including two refrigerators. The two tables, (including one that converts to a ping pong/pool table), were great. The dock was perfect to swim and fish off of, plus the life vests and floating toys provided were helpful. We rented a pontoon and had a slip to use. One of the pools was in walking distance. Games and coloring supplies were provided too. The area was quiet, but in view of the main channel with beautiful sunsets! Best of all, when it was time to leave, we did not have to strip 10 beds or start laundry! We just had to put towels in the tubs, and trash in the outside bins. I would definitely stay here again.
