Beautiful hotel with a lovely garden and pool. it is a short walk to the main piazza in Capri. Great location with pool and quiet.

The hotel is in a high position with a view of the sea, but involves quite a long walk uphill to get there. Not a problem for us, but might affect people with mobility issues

Staff were excellent ,very friendly and courteous. Nothing was to much for them. They mede you feel at home immediately. The rooms were spotless. Breakfast good as well.

The rooms of the doors need to be better sealed as one could hear all the noise in the corridors. Especially when people arrive late at night.

The bed was too hard for me, but when I mentioned this the owner remedied that straight away and made sure I was comfortable. Location was a little out of the centre with a steep climb but good exercise after eating all the beautiful food on capri

the staff is super kind and helpful, even upgrade our room with a balcony. breakfast is included. the location is good. our stay in Capri is raining all the time the hotel provide us umbrella.

the property is quite old, the wall has some mold. and the double bed is not very comfortable.

Very very old rooms, uncomfortable bed. Mosquitos & flies. Breakfast was terrible

The hosts were extremely approachable, polite and lovely. The villa was beautiful, the atmosphere was very pleasant. Everything was very clean and everyday you would get new towels and shampoos. The hosts will kindly guide you to whatever you are interested in during your trip. I can’t put into word how wonderful it was!

Spacious room and bathroom with balcony, helpful and friendly staff, pool is nice for a dip after walking back up the hill from the beach! 24/7 reception. Definitely get a porter for your luggage.

WiFi is a bit spotty within the room. This is only an issue if you want/need to telework (perhaps better to set up in the dining area if you do).

Most picturesque pool area ever. breakfast was great, Room was nice and clean. 10 - 15 min walk into main town and 30 mins into Marina Grande

Only thing I could mark down on was price but that's the same everywhere on Capri. Room perhaps a little dated if I'm being super critical but all cleaned superbly.

I visited Capri alone without much of a plan, and the mother/son staff at the front desk were INCREDIBLE. They helped me out so much with recommending good food, booking my reservations, handling my travel logistics, and just being sweet overall. I really liked the location of this hotel too; it's within walking distance from downtown Capri, but not in the center. It's also close to some great little hikes.

The only complaint would be that the bed was firm/harder that I prefer. Everything else was great!

The location was not so convenient, There are couple of ways to get there and unfortunately we took the long route. That route with bags and kids was too long and lots of steps. I wish the hotel contacted us to inform us about ways to get up to the square and best route from there to hotel.
