great space, clean and tidy, easy but secure access, good amenities (tea, coffee etc. shower gel, shampoo etc)

bathroom a little small (only because I'm very tall!) but not really an issue!

The location of the flat was ideal for shopping and transport connections.

Disappointed with some cleanliness in the flat. One pillow had stains on it, shower mat not very clean, glass in bathroom was dirty. There was just a shower in the bathroom but toiletries provided was bath soak and bath foam!! No hand towels or tea towels provided. No hairdryer had to buy one. Could not get any tv programmes and when asked owner to show us how to get the channels he did not know how to work it! Very noisy at weekends with music blaring from pubs across the road. Windows are only single glazing. No other cooking facilities apart from microwave.

it was a con. The advert states 2 big rooms. The real con is that the advert images what looks like 2 seperate bedrooms, as one photo is taken at night, the other in day. Both photos have different colour bedsheets, and for one photo they took off a wall decoration to add to the lie. Also - the window in the bedroom as lots of black mould in each of the window frames, as the bed is under the window it is not healthy for any guest.

It was 15 minutes away from the venue / event we needed to be at the following day.

It was far from a ‘luxury’ flat and would suggest removing that word from the advertised room. It didn’t feel clean or cared for in any way unfortunately. Long black hairs found in multiple areas, 1 big towel for 3 of us. 1 of us chose not to shower. Empty used shower gel bottles in the bathroom, as well as a toothpaste tube on its last legs. Bedding smelt fusty, especially the one under the sofa. With it being in the centre, on a Saturday night, there was loud banging music on til around 4am so didn’t actually get a good nights sleep at all. It would have been better for us to just stay at home and travel to our event from there. From what I could see, there are no radiators in the flat at all, assuming why there is a plug in heater placed in one of the rooms, but I would dread to think how it would be in the winter months.

The bed was INCREDIBLY comfy and it was in a great location, very cheap for where it is.

The windows and doors don't stop a lot of the outside noise, I imagine it may be an issue on a Friday/Saturday night, but my night wasn't affected
