The house was so beautiful and the host was amazing. All of my questions were answered in a timely manner. I would love to rent this house again. When I go back to Denver for another visit!

The location was ideal, allowing us to easily explore all the attractions we had on our list. We appreciated the peacefulness of the neighborhood. Merlyn’s dedication to ensuring our stay was enjoyable was remarkable. She was very responsive to any inquiries and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. It's clear that she takes great pride in the property and genuinely cares about the experience of their guests. Overall, our stay at this house was beyond delightful. It exceeded our expectations in every way, offering a comfortable and inviting retreat during our vacation. We can't thank the host enough for their hospitality and the effort they put into creating such a wonderful atmosphere. We would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Colorado area. It truly made our trip memorable and special.

As former Northglenn residents, we loved the opportunity to come back and host family dinner in a beautiful home. This unit had everything we needed for cooking a full spread and entertaining in the backyard. The sleeping arrangements were great, the house was clean, and the location was perfect. We would definitely stay again!

The property looked exactly like the photos and the backyard is wonderful! Very spacious and having a garage for our rental car was nice. We enjoyed spending time on the back porch and lounging in the hot tub after a long day of hiking. Quiet neighborhood. The only issues that we ran into were that the basement was very cold when the AC was low enough to cool the upstairs. If we turned the AC up so that the basement wasn’t cold, then the upstairs rooms were warmer, but the ceiling fan helped to balance it out. Also it doesn’t say in the listing that this is a duplex, but it was never a problem for us. No noise or issues with the adjoining home, so it all worked out great! I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here with our two kids while visiting family and had a great time! Space was exactly as described and very clean. The host was easy to communicate with and I appreciate the thoughtful details that made our stay very comfortable!

My aunt and her friend and I came into town to go to red rocks to see Whiskey Myers. The house that we stayed in was amazing! It had all of the amenities that we needed, plenty of space to spread out and get ready, and several porches to be able to enjoy sitting outside. 10 out of 10 recommend!

The house is practically new inside and super clean. Spacious and amenities everywhere. Very Close to the freeway and outlet mall. Loved the backyard and basement. Quiet neighborhood! Will definitely stay here again please consider!

We enjoyed our stay here! The area was clean, quiet and comfortable. Great location out of the main city, but close enough to still get to most areas without too long of a drive. The hot tub was a nice bonus. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks Merlyn!
