Very nice beach condo. Extremely clean and well maintained. The pool areas are great to relax in and the beach is only steps away. The communication with the property mangers was fast and frequent. Would highly recommend this condo and will likely return. Thank you!

We had an amazing stay. The beach is walking distance, and there are two beautiful pools to swim in. The property was very clean and welcoming as well.

The property was as listed. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with what we needed. The host said there was no keurig, but there is a keurig and a regular coffee pot. Also, the air cannot be set below 70° if that matters to you. The patio was wonderful. We loved the beach being so close.

We had so much fun at our week at your property! My mom and dad (both with walkers) loved the easy access to the pool, while my niece (4) had a blast at the beach.
Everything was clean and comfortable, exactly as described. Communication was quick and easy and made for a really relaxing trip. We love coming to St. Augustine and will definitely be looking to stay again!

The location worked out really well for us. The first floor made it look way to take the dogs out. The beach and pool were just a short walk away. The gate on the back patio allowed the dogs to lay outside and people watch. The condo had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our space in this seaside condo. Our family stays at Ocean Villas annually for family reunion. In fact, stayed in this very villa years ago before the update. It has been tastefully redone with plenty of comfortable furniture. The kitchen is a great remodel as are the bathrooms. Having never heard of trip, I was surprised that they were the management company. Still not sure as could only communicate by text or email. No direct phone or office. All in all, a great stay !

Villa 20 was a great place to stay. It is a pretty place and well equipped. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels & linens. We enjoyed the proximity of the pool & beach. The iTrip manager sent pertinent information well in advance of our arrival so there were no issues, and they were quick to respond when needed. We will definitely make a return trip.

The condo was nice, clean, and well equipped but It was smaller than we thought. It was great to have beach towels and beach chairs to use. The bedrooms were comfortable. The washer and dryer was located in one of the bedrooms which was a little disturbing at times. I asked the host if there was a Keurig before our trip and he said no. It turns out that there is a Keurig and regular coffer maker in the kitchen. The complex is well maintained, nice guests, and the beach access is perfect. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this condo.

Beautiful, spacious condo. Everything was updated and decorated nicely. We enjoyed sitting on the spacious patio near the pool. Also, the beach is just down the walkway. We were very happy with our stay.

We had a great time in St Augustine. The condo was big enough for our family of 6. The condo is just next to the pool and a short walk over the dunes to the beach. We took full advantage for the large patio, beach chairs, boogie boards, and beach umbrellas. The condo had everything we needed.

1st floor condo was wonderful. No bringing up all your stuff up stairs. Made it easy to walk the dog. Communication with property manger was excellent. Answered my questions quickly ..I would stay here again and highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay in this cozy, well decorated condo. It was very clean, well equipped and a short walk to the beach. It is also convenient to St Augustine and not too far from Jacksonville. We would love to rent again if we are back in the area

The place was perfect! Gorgeous and the ocean was a short walk right out back. Could of had more trash bag, toiletries and paper towel but some places don't provide that. Owners are amazing and great communication. I will definitely book again and recommend this place.

This condo is very accurately pictured. It is well stocked with all things needed for a relaxing beach vacation. The condo was clean, great communication in getting into it, and manager attentive throughout. Would recommend.

While visiting family and friends, this villa was the perfect location for our little family! This condo had everything that we could ever ask for in a vacation rental. It was fully equipped with anything that we needed and offered easy access to both the pool and the beach! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and we were very pleased with the cleanliness of the condo upon arrival. We anticipate a return visit in the future, we can’t wait to come back to this villa!

My family stayed here for our annual family vacation. The condo was clean and in a good/safe location with keyless entry. The pool (zero-degree entry) was literally in your backyard for easy access and the private beach access was a short walk from there. We love to cook so it was nice to have a large kitchen with up-to-date appliances. This was a great rental for our family vacation. I recommend to all.

This condo was awesome! It had everything you needed and more. The decorations and furniture were perfect. The beds were extremely comfy!! A perfect place for the beach and pool and for getting to downtown St Augustine!! I will be back!!
