Angie was incredible and the boat was everything the list said plus. The houseboat was super clean, convenient and very comfortable for all. The renovations that were completed made it feel like a new houseboat. We were able to meet several of the other guests and permanent residents of the marina during our stay. It was a very welcoming community with great people. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

We've never stayed at a houseboat before and when we saw this listing, we had to book it right away! The pictures on this listing is really great but when you see it in person, it's even BETTER! This was the BEST vacation rental we've ever had! The boat was so clean and immaculate! We felt like we were in a BRAND NEW house boat! The overall vibe of the boat was just really relaxing and it was such an amazing experience that we barely left the boat to explore Knoxville. The details of the boat "facade" felt like we were in a real lake house and just made us feel relaxed which is much needed after such a hectic year. Angie, our host, was SOO nice and very professional. She showed us everything we need to know about the houseboat and responded to all of our questions quickly. I can tell that she takes pride in this houseboat and it truly shows. She is definitely a "Superhost" in our books. Thank you so much Angie for such a great experience! We will DEFINITELY be back again and I look forward to another EXCEPTIONAL experience! This place is a gem and Angie was amazing. Location was perfect and being on the Tennessee river…. Well we couldn’t ask for more. The boat was clean and beautiful. Perfect spot for our family vacation.

Gorgeous houseboat! We had a delicious stay in Knoxville and we'll definitely be back. Angie was very helpful and communicative throughout our stay. The only negative was that we didn't have access to the bikes. Other than that, it was perfection!
