My husband and I were just looking for a relaxing getaway for his birthday and this place was perfect. Great location, clean, everything we needed, comfortable bed and pillows, nice balcony, easy to use tvs, nice kitchen appliances. Hosts were super nice and helpful. Thank you!!

We had a great time staying here. The hosts were incredibly kind and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The sunrises from the balcony were spectacular and everything was clean and comfortable. The golf cart was perfect to get around the island and conveniently had a lock box attached to it, so you didn’t have to worry about the keys. I would 1000% stay here again and would recommend it to whoever wanted to stay in Avalon. Perfect setting for our honeymoon.

We brought our two granddaughters on a special trip celebrating ten years. We planned so many fun excursions from zip line to parasailing to wave riding and fishing and snorkeling. Our accommodations were lovely and the view amazing we loved our host and he was so friendly and helpful at every point. We recommend this location to all.

This place is beautiful and the view can’t be beat. We loved every minute spent here and hope to come back again. It was the perfect spot for our little family. The hosts are so kind and accommodating. We can’t say enough good things!!

This is our second time staying at this condo and it definitely meets our expectations. The views and amenities are perfect for a couple or family getaway. The golf cart that is included is a must for the island. Host is very easy to respond to any inquiries. I would highly recommend staying here!

An absolutely stunning property. First time in Catalina and could not have been better, as the place was honestly better in person than it was in the photos (if you can believe it). Brent was communicative and made sure every detail was just right. He went out of his way to make us feel at home and we loved every second of our stay. Will definitely be back!!

If you did nothing but sit on the private balcony and enjoy the breathtaking view I think you would leave happy! The condo was very spacious for my wife and I and our two teenagers during our four night stay. Trundle bed was comfy and large enough for an adult. Kitchen was well appointed. Hosts Brent and Carrie couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating! We’ll be back!

I’ve been staying at this unit pretty much my entire life. This year, I learned that a new owner took over the property, and the experience was even better than all those past years — which was hard to even imagine was possible! The view can’t possibly be better, the unit is luxury yet always cozy, the golf cart is a convenient blessing, and Hamilton Cove is an absolute dream. Brent (the new owner) was helpful and kind, and always enthusiastic for us to have the best vacation possible; he was easy to reach at all times and was extremely accommodating. This experience definitely set the bar high for all other property owners (and I vacation a lot… maybe too much!) All in all, this was the vacation of my absolute dreams and we will be back every year until the end of time! I miss it so much already. 10/10!!!
