We stayed in this condo when we visited our children for a few days over the holiday weekend. Checking in and out was super easy. The place was super clean and in a great area! We would stay again. The only downfall is that there are no dressers for clothes. But they have closet space with shelves, so it was not a problem. I just like to unpack completely when I travel. It was a very lovely stay and kind owners!

Booked `6 months prior to HPU graduation. Talk about picture perfect! The photos are great, but the condo is EVEN BETTER. The hosts were easy to work with - even arranged for an early check in that worked around our daughter's graduation events. The location was ideal. So close to campus! We have already recommended this location to other HPU parents as a great place for a weekend stay to visit your student. Thank you, Carol and James!

The location was great, easy to get around.Many golf courses to go too Clean,no steps to climb. Will be back!

This is our second time staying at this property. It is perfection.

The condo was very very clean no steps to deal with and the beds were comfortable. The thermostat is a little tricky to adjust but did figure it out. The only negative would be that the carpet needs to be re stretched but that would not prevent us from staying there again. The neighborhood and area are an excellent area to stay in.

We had a wonderful stay. We enjoyed the location and were pleasantly surprised to see deer grazing at the tree line one morning. The condo was very clean, smelled wonderful, and had everything we needed. It was close to HPU in a safe area. We would certainly stay here again. We had a great time at James and Carols condo. After staying at other lodging choices on past trips to High Point this location close to campus was perfect. The unit was clean and well decorated. We will not hesitate to stay here on future visits to High Point

We loved the condo, the location, the view, and the very quiet neighborhood. There was a private entrance which faced a beautiful wooded area. The kitchen had all the equipment you would need to make everyday meals. We were walking distance to Oak Hollow Lake and numerous food and shopping areas. Our two week stay was wonderful.

My family of four stayed here and we were thoroughly impressed by this rental. This was one of the cleanest if not the cleanest rental we have stayed at. Great location that is central to most things in High Point. Just about every room in the house had convenient ceiling fans and ample TVs to keep the kids occupied. Very friendly and available owners. We definitely plan on staying here again when we visit family!

We were in town for Miss NC week at High Point Theater. The condo was perfect for our visit! We were only 10 mins away, High Point University is very close also, lots of eating places are close by. The condo was very cozy and beautifully decorated! It had all the amenities we needed from kitchen utensils to bath towels which made our stay super convenient! The owners were very responsive I had a couple minor questions and they were easy to reach. If we are back in the area we will certainly look them up again!
