Great location with easy access to everything we wanted to do while in town. Only drawback was there was not any extra toilet paper or paper towels in the unit. Had to go purchase our own

We were in town for the Polar Express and needed a place to crash for a few nights. This place was perfect! Great location, comfy beds and amenities. Host was very communicative and we had no trouble checking in and checking out. Will stay here again when we need a place to stay for a quick weekend in Durango.

Our stay was perfect! The house had everything. There were even unexpected additions like a Britta and a keurig. Ross was great to interact with. No complaints! The jacuzzi was definitely a plus as well!

We wanted to ride the Durango to Silverton railroad, which leaves early in the morning so needed a location closer to downtown. This location was perfect as it is five minutes from downtown Durango and reasonably priced.

So pleased with our stay! Pictures don’t do it justice. Tons of thoughtful touches that were quite nice and surprising compared to other rentals. Cleanliness was 10/10 and I’m a picky one. Bed and bedding were extra lovely and my kids had no complaints about the pullout couch. Kitchen had more than we could ask for including K-cups and teas, jug of new water and a water purifying pitcher. There is even awesome, one of a kind, wood work in the bedroom which made it feel beyond inviting. A lot of the artwork isn’t suitable for kids being sexual expressionism; it led to good parenting conversations. Pool was well kept and even had flowers and umbrellas. Neighbors were quiet. Plenty of parking near the unit. We came during the summer months, so no college students. Everything was smooth and we are so grateful! Definitely staying here again.

This is a nice,clean condo in a good location. Quality bedding,linens etc. Would book again.
