Very clean and comfortable

The apartment was lovely, comfortable and spotlessly clean. It was well stocked with kitchen equipment and the fans in the bedrooms were an unexpected bonus. The apartment felt safe and secure. The staff checked during our stay that we had settled in and had everything we needed.
Unfortunately, we had an apartment on the 4th floor, and there was no lift. There was also no free parking. The nearby NCP car parked charged £6 per overnight stay, which, although reasonable, was an extra unexpected expense for our 3 night stay.

Great location for the accommodation, but there's ongoing construction in the vicinity, causing some road closures.
I found the room's soundproofing slightly lacking. Could hear noises like clinking and banging in the early morning hours.

The apartment was very clean and looked like everything was brand new. Very light and spacious with huge windows and modern comfortable furniture.

The warmth inside the cleanliness and location. The shower and kitchen were accessible. Comfy bed.
The amount of stairs to climb. However, location property and management were on point.

The apartment was very clean, nicely laid out and well presented. Just like in the photos. It was well equipped with all the things we needed and more. Lovely hot showers ensuite in each bedroom. Excellent customer service from the hosts.
No significant issues but a larger, more comfortable sofa would be a good addition.

Location is good for access to the city center. Nice and clean, kitchen is fully equipped. We had a great time there.
The road in front of the apartment has road work. Made it difficult to walk from the car park.

Centrally located, convenient for parking. The occasion for the stay was our daughter’s graduation.
We were able to leave the car and use a taxi to get to our location.
The apartment was pristine, spacious and lovely.
Possibly long mirrors in every room would have been ideal.

Apartment was well kitted out, ensuite with each room. Good facilities and almost brand new. There are load of secure and cheap parking options within a few tens of metres walk.
We were on the ground floor so back room was very very dark and airless. If you can, specify apartment on higher floors.

Easy to find
Didn't know that the apartment was on the 1st floor, with no lift when we did the booking. Was only informed after the booking was confirmed and paid. Had to carry 5 luggages up the stairs. The parking was also quite far and pricey.

Good size apartment in a good location. Two en-suite bedrooms. The apartment was like new and very clean and tidy. The kitchen has a great size fridge freezer.
The beds are incredibly hard! One of the toilet wasn’t working and it took 3 days for somebody to come over to fix it which meant we had to walk through our daughter’s bedroom during the night to use the toilet. The kitchen could do with a few more utensils.

Immaculate… like new, super clean, nice toiletries
There is no sign outside to let you know either the number or name of accommodation, I called the number and they were super helpful and quickly got us in, but would be easier not to have to do that
