Very uncomfortable couch and parking can be a distance if busy.

The apartment was nice and clean, the beach is close and the apartment was comfy

DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE IF YOU HAVE A VEHICLE OR TRAILER AS THE RE IS LITERALLY A ORGNAISED CRIME WAVE HITTING CLIENTS VEHICLES RIGHT OUTSIDE THE APRTMENT BLOCK AND THE CARE B AND B TEAM DO NOT TAKE THIER RESPONIBILITY TO OFFER A SAFE PLACE SERIOUSLY. NO SECURITY CAMERAS POINTING AT THE ROAD WHICH WOULD 500 EACH FOR TWO TO COVER THE FRONTAGE. INSTEAD WHEN OUR 5000 TRAILER WAS STOLEN OVERNIGHT WE WERE.TOLD CARE B AND B DONT TAKE ANY RESPONIBIKITY FOR PROVIDE SUBSTANDARD SECUIRTY FOR THEIR CLIENTS. MANY CLIENTS VEHICLES AND TRAILERS HAVE BEEN BROKEN INTO AND THE NEIGHBOURS SAY THAT THE CARE B AND B HOSTS ARE TOTALLY IRRISPONOBLE NOT EVEN WANTING TO INVEST A SMALL AMOUNT OF MONEY TO KEEP THEIR CLIENTS SAFE. ALSO LAST TIME WE STAYED WE WAITED ON THE DORRSTEP FOR AN HOUR AND A HALF BECASUE THE ELECTRONIC LOCK WAS FAULTY AND PROGRAMMED WRONG AT THE END WE HAD THE MOVE APARTMENTS BY WHICH TIME IT WAS LATE SO WE DIDNT GET EVEN ENJOY THE PLACE AND WERE OFFERED NOTHING IN RETURN EVEN AN HOUR OR TWO LATER CHECKPUT THE NEXT DAY. VERY POOR FORM BUT I LOOKED PAST IT AND DIDNT COMPLAIN IN THE REVIEW. THIS TIME WE BOOKED AN EXTRA NIGHT AFTER STAYING TWO NIGHTS BECAUSE WE WERE TIRED FROM TRAVELLING,. AFTER WE CAME OUT IN THE MORNIBG AND THE TRAILER WAS STOLEN WE MESSAGED AND RANG CARE B AND B TO SAY WE WERE REALLY UPSET AND WANT MANAGEMENT TO CALL US WHICH WAS SAID THEY WOULD. WE WANTED TO CANEL THAT NIGHT AS THE THIEVES WOULD LIKELY BE BACK TO ROB THE BACK OF OUR 4X4 VEHICLE AND WE WERE REALLY UPSET AND ANXIOUS. CARE B AND B NEVER EVEN CALLED BACK AND BY THE ARVO I HAD TO RINGVTHEM AGAIN WITH STILL NO REPLY FROM MANAGEMENT. THEN I GET AN EMAIL FROM THE SAME PHONE ASSISTANT AT CARE B AND B, NOT EVEN THE MANAGEMENT ONCE AGAIN...... SHE APAOLOGISED AGAON SAID SHE WOULD FOLLOW UP THEN WE GET A RUDE EMAIL SAYING ITS OUR FAULT PRETTY MUCH FOR HAVING OUR VEHICLE PARLED ON THE ROAD. I KNOW THEY CANT STOP IT BEING STOLEN BUT WITH NO CAMERAS AND SECURITY.

It was such a great location. Right across the road from the beach, a 5 minutes walk to the Pier and Hot Pools. We were so relaxed and impressed with the kitchen too. Having an oven to use was a God send.

The couch was quite hard but we just used some cushions from the bed to make it more comfy. Found some melted chocolate on the couch but messaged the owners and they apologised straight away.

Sofa could do with an upgrade, not very comfortable at all.

We enjoyed the peacefulness of the place. Good location if you want to disconnect, near the beach and with supermarkets within walking distance. Far from the city. Check was very simple.

What we noticed as negative aspects were already listed repetitively in other comments, which is disappointing because it shows the owner's disinterest in improving the service offered: The couch was hard, lumpy, needs to be replaced. The bed is worn out on one side. The living room rug is a major tripping hazard, it bends all the time and cannot be flattened. The dishwasher didn’t wash the dishes properly, we had to hand wash all over again which was difficult without a basic supply like a sponge or a brush.

Overall Excellent, but could of done with an extra duvet or blanket for bed but this could of been around we just didnt look hard enough possibly

The couch was hard, lumpy and extremely uncomfortable. The rug in the lounge was a huge tripping hazard. The dishwasher didn’t wash the dishes properly, so we often had to rewash things. We had trouble getting the oven to work and eventually had to get the instruction manual out to work it. Not enough cutlery, utensils etc
