Stayed here after our engagement. I had contacted the hotel 24 hours prior after nobody had returned an email which I had sent to ask a few questions/queries. I phoned the hotel and explained the situation as per the engagement and asked would they mind decorating and putting a bottle of Prosecco in the hotel room to which they advised this would be no problem. I arrived at the hotel and received our keys from the reception staff who were pleasant but not overly interested in speaking to myself and fiancé. We arrived to our room for it not to be decorated and no bottle of Prosecco which had previously been promised. I was annoyed that a simple task had not been completed by staff. I walked down and spoke to reception staff who apologised and said it was an oversight..which is personally difficult to take considering this was an extra special day. Otherwise the food, service at restaurant and room was lovely. The hotel was extremely clean and we thanked Hilary the cleaner. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic. I genuinely have no other complaints however it is such a shame they couldn’t have made our stay special. They were not interested nor was I congratulated on our engagement. In my opinion it is a matter of getting people in and out, not worried about what customers wants or needs are. Having stayed in many 4 or 5 star hotels in Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland, if you want somewhere to stay for an extra special occasion, do not chose the Ebrington.

The suite was a great size with a comfortable bed and sleeper sofa. Room service and breakfast were excellent . Bathroom was nicely laid out. Staff, food and drinks were excellent.

We had a very enjoyable stay in a stylish and comfortable room. The bed was incredibly comfortable and we loved the decor. The spa was a highlight and we cannot wait to visit again! We didn't have dinner in the hotel but we did enjoy breakfast. We will definitely stay again when we want to feel sploit in the luxury!

This was a nostalgic visit for my husband who was based in Ebrington Barracks in the 1970s. He says that the redevelopment of the Ebrington complex has been very sympathetically done including the new Ebrington Hotel. The staff are welcoming, the decor is modern, and the rooms are very comfortable. There are lots of excellent bars and eateries in the vicinity including the hotel itself. Given the proximity of the Greenway for walks, the Peace Bridge for access to Cityside, and the sense of space created by the Parade Square I really wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Derry.

Really great hotel. First time here but would be very happy to return and to recommend to others. Modern and really comfortable. Bar and restaurant area was nice and quite busy too. Super location too. Lovely walk over the bridge into the City. Breakfast was absolutely fab. Happy to give this 5 stars but two niggles for me: (1) I don’t think overnight guests should have to pay for parking - just build it into the rate if you need to. Getting my parking card validated also made check out longer than it needed to be (2) One of spa receptionists is perhaps in the wrong job (or maybe just having a very bad day). Very unfriendly and made us feel like we very inconveniencing her by using the spa Easy to sort stuff and didn’t detract too much from a very enjoyable stay

We couldn’t have chosen a better hotel and location for a whistle stop visit to Derry. Would love to return and spend more time both in the hotel and Derry.

Hotel was exceptonal! The service was excellent. So friendly, efficient and professional. We had lunch and breakfast. The food was outstanding. Lots of choice for breakfast. Couldnt fault the hotel. Stunning interior. Very modern. Will definetely be returning!

Wonderful stay with Peace Bridge only feet away. Staff at desk were wonderful and we loved our conversation with the staff and bartenders in the bar. I am not usually sensitive to smell but the soap in the bathrooms and in our room was SO overbearing & I couldn’t use it. Was so strong it gave me headaches. Not a bad smell- just WAY TOO POTENT.

Had a nice stay at the Ebrington Hotel in Derry! The highlight was the friendly and knowledgeable barman, Jack from Birmingham. Big thanks to the staff for making our visit enjoyable!

Staff just lovely - they unprompted brought out Birthday chocolates ,branding excellent down to the water bottles in the room Brilliant renovation of historic building in Fabulous surroundings wishing it every success

Excellent new hotel in Derry, definitely the best in town.

Booked for my husbands birthday and delighted I did! Beautiful hotel with friendly staff. Rooms are beautifully decorated and spacious. Food was delicious! Breakfast plentiful and great selection. We will definitely book again. Concert on in square during our stay and we were made aware in advance. No issues with noise and didn’t interrupt our stay. Hotel situated centrally where you can walk over peace bridge to city centre. A must book for any Derry stay.

Its is a very nice hotel. Well designed. It has a few teething problems in the bar but they will ironed out. Well worth a stay. The rooms are spacious and the breakfast selection was great.
