Cleanliness

Bathroom fan was on with no switch to turn it off so it disrupted my sleep. Phoning the help desk was unhelpful for onsite parking. Had to pay £15 cash or bank transfer which was odd with no receipt of proof of purchase. On my last day when the hotel staff came in to replace towels and toiletries, I found the door ajar so it wasn't locked properly and was left open the whole day. Had to make sure nothing of value was missing. Lobby area looks like it is under maintenance.

The fact that they charged you to just park outside for £15 in their own space was not good at all. It was too expensive for what it is. I would not book again.

Clean and spacious

Very hard to find. It doesn’t appear to be listed on Google maps and there is another Inn by the sea nearby so the whole thing was very confusing. This place is nothing like a hotel, which I thought I had booked. It’s adequate, nothing more: Only one bedside table lamp, not what you expect for a “de luxe” room. The duvet was far too warm for the season. The shower didn’t drain properly. Very poor noise insulation- we could hear the TV above very well. As for the sea view, if certainly was a bit of a stretch.

Staff was very friendly no view as the room was below ground floor.we ask to have the heating on .. but staff tould us it comes on fixed time. And we had 2 years old baby.. not impressed with the landlord controls the heating as a result of finding three slugs inside the room.and was charged £15 on top of that for parking in empty car park. My car was the only car packed in there. All at cost of £105 not worth that at all. I could’ve spent the night in Hollidayin for much less and nice warm room possibly with view...Will not go there ever again. And I will not recommend for family with kids.

Staff very friendly that’s the only good thing.

Great location, great view, we had the top floor apartment and worked very well as a family of 5. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was good with everything you need supplied. The mini fridge was helpful too. The staff were very friendly, My daughter left something behind and they were very helpful and posted it back to us!

The only thing I would say was the room got very (uncomfortable) hot overnight. But they did supply a fan so that helped a bit.

Accommodation only, Large room, Great sea View, Comfortable bed, Free off road parking, Person acting as receptionist, very helpful. The Hotel was located a few minutes walk from the seafront and the pier, and about 15 minutes walk from some nice restaurants.

The room had been recently decorated, it had a slight smell of paint, and a slight musky smell. The light above the bed did not work. We reported this, but nothing was done. Also one of the three windows did not have curtains, so as we were staying in August, the room got quite bright quite early. Other than the receptionist, other staff did not speak English very well.

Specifically I liked the location it's very near by beach and staff is helpful and no disturbance .

Great location, brilliant value, very friendly staff and very clean property, would definitely stay there again, rooms were cosy and nicely decorated, bins were emptied daily and new coffee and tea supplies brought. Thank you for the stay!

Not usually found in a hotel but a microwave would be nice to make meals :)

Great room! Very clean and good view

On both nights, the noise was unbelievable. Someone was shouting. And making lots of noise. We didn't know where it was coming from and no one addressed it. Such a shame as everything else was great.

A great tidy room with view of the sea

Would be better with a lounge or on-site food available, but understand that would require much more upkeep and staffing.

Half lights didn’t switch on. A bedside lamp would be better. Couldn’t get tv to work

Booked a deluxe room with balcony room was basic in a basic house room was not a sea view as hotel is on a residential road balcony was out of use and locked from the outside
