Our family stay was an enjoyable one.This was our first trip to Lake George. The Blue Belle fit our family needs and the location was good. Our host Larry was awesome. He was very helpful and instrumental with assisting us with things to do and places to go.

This property is exactly as described in the listing. I don’t think a map does the location justice it is literally that close to town for restaurants, shopping and walking to the lake. Even though we were close to town noise was no issue at any time. Communication was great as well.

Our stay at Blue Belle was fantastic! The house was lovely and clean. The location was ideal, and Larry was a wonderful host with excellent communication. Highly recommend staying here! If we come back, this is where we would stay!

Location was perfect, short walking distance to the beaches and anything in town. The front porch ended up being a great spot to hangout while raining. Ended up having laundry too which was helpful! Thank you!

Booked this stay for an annual friends get together - three families with 2 dogs and kids aged from 2 to 9.
The walk ability was great. Fenced in yard was perfect for worry free play with kids and dogs.

This is our second stay at this house - since our last visit they have added a family/dining room area giving us an indoor gathering space which was great! The location is perfect - the kids can walk to either beach, the shops, get ice cream, or just go for a walk giving everyone flexibility to enjoy our time together or go out if they want. We very much enjoyed our stay and will come back again.

The house was perfect! Steps from town, walked everyday. Host stayed in touch the entire process. Had a special weekend with my family! Would stay there again and again. Loved the screened in porch.

We booked a one night stay at Blue Belle and loved it! The house was clean and spacious and steps away from Main Street in Bolton Landing. Larry was extremely helpful and gave us information on what was open in the area as far as dining and things to do. We will definitely be returning for a longer stay!

We loved our stay here! Bolton Landing is such a cute little town, and our proximity to stores, restaurants, the water, and the Sagamore (all within walking distance) made it a perfect place to stay. The house was just as advertised - and the quantity of bedrooms provided ample privacy for our group, including a new infant. The host was incredibly attentive, and made me feel right at home from the get-go, he answered my many questions and checked in frequently to ensure all went smoothly. I would highly recommend this home!

Although we could not stay in this exact house because of issues that occurred due to weather, the host was more than accommodating for us. She allowed us to keep our vacation dates and put us in another one of her beautiful houses nearby. The house was clean, comfortable and in a convenient location. Even though all of the activities that we planned were also cancelled because of weather, we were more than comfortable and happy to stay in the house instead and enjoy the space and each other. I would absolutely recommend staying in homes from this host, and look forward to any other stays in Lake George using these homes.

I rented this house for a long weekend at the end of September to check it out - I was looking for a large house to rent for a wedding at The Sagamore next September and this looked perfect. It was! Lots of bedrooms (not just beds), bathrooms and a fenced in yard for the dogs. It’s half a block up from the village of Bolton, which is wonderful, and a 3 minute drive/10 minute walk to The Sagamore. I did have one minor complaint which was quickly and fairly resolved by the host. I might make this an annual thing - highly recommend this property!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Bolton Landing while staying a block away from Main Street and a short distance from the many & varied offerings this quaint home/community has to offer. The numerous bedrooms offered comfort and flexibility as our family ranged from retirees to young people in their 30s along with a toddler & pets. The porch & fenced in yard provided great opportunities to hang out & relax while also the feel of privacy and ease of mind that came with having such a setting. Definitely met our needs with Patti being responsive to our inquiries & only a phone call away. A new Summer tradition has begun!

Had a great long weekend in Bolton landing. House was great only downside was no indoor seating area to accommodate 10 ppl. Nice to walk to lake and restaurants

A great space for housing family members for a reunion. gathering. My sister has a place on Lake George, we used this place mostly for sleeping and breakfast. We had 3 couples, a couple of singles and one child, great sleeping space for everyone. We did have one cookout which worked well in the nice outdoor space. Very limited indoor gathering space, which was not an issue for us, great convenient downtown location.

The house was more than we could have asked for. Our group was in town for a wedding and the location could not have been more perfect. It was in walking distance of everything, just steps away from town. The house was wonderful. We especially enjoyed the screened in porch! Would definitely recommend this property!

Visited LG for a 5 day trip with my whole family: mom, dad, 3 adult children and their spouses and a pair of children (2 &3 yrs old). The house easily accommodated all of us and it was great because the kids and their parents had the whole upstairs which was convenient for naps and giving them some quiet space at night when we were all still up. Patti was an excellent communicator when we did have questions and she was very thoughtful to leave us cookies and a bottle of wine! The weather was chilly but the house was great for playing games and had a fire pit which we enjoyed. Awesome location - walking distance to everything! Great spot for a large group or family.

Memorable and perfect property for a family reunion that coincided with 4th of July.
Charming location and we’ll appointed and decorated property. Really enjoyed the fire pit and garden games. The host were amazing and responsive to any inquiries while there.
