I balconi troppo stretti

Προσεγμένη διακόσμηση με ποιοτικά υλικά, ευρύχωρο δωμάτιο, με τζακούζι ,πολύ καλή η τοποθεσία.

Δεν υπάρχει reception. Το κρεβάτι είναι τοποθετημένο δίπλα στην πόρτα, η πόρτα δεν εφαρμόζει καλά με αποτέλεσμα να διαχέεται ο όποιος θόρυβος στο δωμάτιο.

Η τοποθεσία , εύκολα parking Μεγάλα τζάμια με υπέροχη θέα στη θάλασσα

This is a beautifully modern and well situated boutique hotel. George and his team were super friendly and helpful throughout.

Not much to dislike at all. Bear in mind that there is no reception so watch out for email instructions for checking in.

Kõik oli suurepärane, väga tore omanik, tuba oli suur ja mugav, voodi suur ja mugav. Patju oli mitu- igaüks sai meelepärase endale valida.

Kapp riiete jaoks ei olnud sobilik pikematele kleitidele, aga kuna hotell on hiljuti avatud siis võibolla ei ole jõudnud veel lõplikult kõike paigaldada.

Theta was perfectly located in Old Town Chania, the owners and staff were polite, friendly and very helpful. Theta is a new hotel, the rooms are a great size, big comfortable beds and has all the basics you need in the room.

Some drain flies and the doors don’t have a spy hole but those are very minor issues.

We chose this hotel as we knew we could park our hired car close by and we are so glad we did. The owners of the hotel were very helpful in recommendations and general info even though there is no reception as yet - they were lovely,friendly and helpful people. We were met on our late arrival and welcomed into the hotel and we were always in contact with one of the brothers who owned the hotel. The hotel is new so everything in the room was perfect We also liked the area as it was quieter than the old town and harbour which is just a 10 minute walk away There were plenty of local bars and restaurants near the hotel.

The room was big enough so you could really hang out there, especially with the seaview. Special thanks to Spyros who was the best host!

In the really nice shower (also with seaview) a little water got out of the shower area, so maybe provide another bathmat.

Die Parkplatzsituation am Samstag war am Vormittag nicht komfortabel.

We arrived late (9pm ish) after completing the Samariá Gorge hike and met by a very friendly man who provided us with the room key. We had an explanation of all room facilities. The room in really well equipped with robes, slippers, safe, iron and lovely fluffy towels. The spa Bath was absolutely amazing especially after hiking 18km! The location is brilliant and a short walk to the old town with many restaurants and bars.

The only really small item would be USB sockets.

Hotel owners George & Spiros were extremely helpful and made our brief stay pleasurable. Hotel is well situated for a vast range of bars and restaurants and room fittings are of a very high spec. Once the brothers complete the lobby and breakfast facilities this will be an ideal hotel for a stay in Chania. I wish them the best of luck

My wife & I had a room without a balcony and if available I would recommend one of the bedrooms with a balcony.

Amazing location and hotel, only 3 months old so everything is very new. Spiros in particular was super helpful in providing local information, breakfast options as a vegan (lots of options in Chania) as well as just being a friendly face in the morning. He even promptly helped open our safe after we forgot the code ! Could not recommend Theta highly enough.

It was a lovely apartment in a great location.

Parking opposite was great.

This was a last minute one night booking for us, we just needed a place to sleep. The hotel exceeded my expectations. It's very new, all clean and well appointed. But the best thing about it is the location - right on the edge of the old town, with really good close-up water views. A bargain for the price.

Like so many European hotels that claim to have "parking", Theta doesn't have its own parking. There is a large, free car park over the road and we were able to get a spot in there, so no great harm done.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for a portion of our honeymoon. We were really blown away by how great it was. It is very convenient and in a very good location. Walking distance to all the shops, old port, restaurants, cafes and bars. George and Spiros are super nice and friendly. The parking is very convenient as well if you have a car. The rooms are spacious and very clean. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

The A/C is right above the bed but it wasn't such a big deal

Comfortable bed, very nice jacuzzi, clean, soundproof, coffee machine and water were available, iron for clothes, blow dryer. New building nice decor!

The only thing is that they did not renew bathroom toiletries.

Everything was amazing, apartment is located in a city center just on the edge of old town. Parking was in front of the building and it was free of charge. Apartment is beautiful and clean, with great host who was at our disposal whenever we needed. Great experience!

The triple room was lovely! Very well finished, furnished and very clean. Found everything that we needed and location was very good! This room has two balconies offering views of mountains, bastions, sea and a beach. Moroever, the owner was very nice and friendly. He waited for us despite arriving later due to a problem that had came up. A recommended place to stay for sure!

Not that we didn't like it because it's lovely to see the view whilst you're showering too. However, you can feel slightly exposed at times. No big deal, we just threw a towel over the window.

Very great hotel, and George is an amazing host and went out of his way to help us with whatever we needed. Great hotel!
