Unavailable hosts. Stated there was a pool but didn't know where or how to utilize. The property was advertised with a waterfall and peaceful scenery but we never saw it. Continously failed door code leaving us locked out and told where was nothing that could be done until hosts responded. When we did get inside hours had past with our dog inside alone with our belongings. At first the property looked clean,but as I started to cook there were mouse droppings in the kitchen drawers, an open bag of pretzels under the sink.The yard was full of dead tree limbs and grass needed mowed.No way could you use the umbrella for patio table due to dead tree branch. There was debris behind furniture and along the baseboards. The bathroom tubs were dirty with curly hair in them. We were granted a few hours longer to check out but this hardly compensates and along the baseboards.

The home and area are in a nice quiet neighborhood and the home was perfect for our family with so much space. Thank you

I’ve had a fantastic experience with this property and host. The house was in a safe, quiet neighborhood at the end of the cul-de-sac. We had full use of the home (3 levels) and garage area which was perfect for our bike prep leading up to the Unbound bike race in Emporia. The inside of the home was newly furnished with modern appliances and well thought out. It was very, very clean and comfortable, instantly feeling like home. I wish I could have stayed longer to explore more of the area along with the spectacular scenery of the flint hills and endless gravel roads.

Nice, relaxing house. Conveniently located in southwest Topeka. Worked great for hosting family in town for graduation weekend.

We needed just one night stay while we were in town for work. House was clean and everything worked as it should.

Frequent and clear communication from host house located in a pretty and peaceful neighborhood. House from 80's and mostly original, could use more updates, but a good value for the money for sure. Also, could use more seating in LR, as it only sat 4. But we just grabbed chairs from the DR so it was fine.

Very clean and well appointed

The house was great. The property manager was helpful and accommodating. I will stay here again the next time i come.
