We really love the whole unit (makes me want to rent it out soon enough, or something of a similar vein), the owner responds right away, we had everything we needed right in the room or nearby (a lot of convenience stores and near SM), and the bed was way too comfy.

The induction cooktop just took a while to heat, other than that, it was a really pleasant stay.

The room has no mirror; difficult to find parking

It was a convenient location next to SM mall and H proper coffee and the 7-11. It had a couch and a kitchen and the kitchen was stocked. The blanket was warm and I slept really well.

I was unprepared to enter this property. I luckily had a friend who could call the host and arrange the G-cash and get the lock box code. I think it was my fault I didn't arrange it beforehand but I assumed there would be someone at the front desk to help, but it was just a rented condo, so it's important to check all the details of the booking. I learned my lesson and appreciated my stay! The apartment did smell a little funny.

There were time that the water was a bit yellowish at night time, but during morning it was fine, so it is always advisable to take a bath early.

The place is clean, spacious and quiet. Very convenient location, near to a mall and food hubs and convenient store.
