The location is great.
The room aren’t that clean. Washroom is in very bad condition broken shower tap not having proper drainage.
Moreover the wifi is shit it’s seems like using 2G and on top of that there is no mobile network in the rooms.
The bed wasn’t comfortable at all. The mattress was broken and when asked to replace they replaced the only one mattress which was kind if same only. And they will turn off the AC unit by the main control you have to call them again and again to turn it on.
But they want the payment to be done before (the full payment) even though you have paid more than half amount.
I will never ever suggest anyone to stay in this hotel. I have been to Gurgaon several times and usually travel around different states and countries but never experienced such things.
This was the worst place I’ve ever stayed in.

Staff behaviour, Anup informed he don’t accept online payment for this hotel and told to shift to another property. This comes under offence of Right to Consumer and could be dealt with laws if ready to invest in.
There is no doormat in room and washroom has bad water disposal system. Be prepared to clean washroom each time you use it.

Hotel needs renovation
Lift not working, waterfall at the front gate, taps not working, water flow from taps is very poor, room walls peeling out, smelly room, many more

Taps not working no hot water after complaining several times that there was no water in the washroom then was asked by the hotel staff to take shower in another room and then come back

I like nothing. Rn i am staying here earlier when i stayed The staff was good and helpful but now nothing seems good .
Before coming and booking here please think 1000 times.
Not a friendly place to stay . As a couple nor as a business trip.
Mood will be sucked and you wouldn't be able to sleep or enjoy your day.

We booked our room and our booking was confirmed we reached there at 11:00 pm
They denied and said they don't have rooms available and sent us to another near by property of tipsyy in, they also denied us room and then asked for extra money , staff was rude
Please before confirming the booking make sure that rooms are available
