The price at first

The room had a tv with no remote and cord to watch it and no room phone. I called downstairs and told the young guy that was at the front desk about it and he said he was going to take care of it he didn't that night the next day was the same and I said at this point I didn't want to finish staying the remainder of my stay but was informed that I would still be charged and the manager was really rude when I asked for a refund and explained about no tv or phone and she made the statement if it was such a problem I should have kept complaining about it but I shouldn't have had to keep complaining if I already had and it had a lot of stuff going on involving the police and it's a motel it seems like for tricking and stuff if you ask me it's nothing like they advertise on the website

Unkept and filthy

Staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. No bugs (bedbugs or roaches). Room was clean. Coffee always available.

Everything was very run down and stained. No TV or table/chair(s) in the room. Elevator broken.

Thr front desk staff was friendly, other than that the place was terrible.

Dirty sheets and towels. Shower rod not connected to wall. Half roll toilet paper left on top of toilet tank. Shower tub not cleaned, stained bed sheedump. Waste asket for trash.This place is a dump.

Nothing

This is the most horrible lodge I ever seen. The lady in charge tried to convince me for a single room when actually I booked one with two beds. Finally she found one after watching through every window if they were already occupied. Both room were clearly out of maintenance (no towels, broken cabinets, bad smelling, key card out of service). Due the key card system was out of work, every time I wanted to go back to my room I had to ask her to open the door. Noisy place after midnight due people coming from street were doing business on the hallways.
